Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Matt and the used dealership was great. We talked via the phone and had everything prep and ready to go. The warranty guy, not so much. He was very pushy on a extended warranty after being told no 3-4 times. The only reason I deducted a star. We picked up a RX350 and was great process.

Amazing service! I have a 2010 RX350 and it needed its 210k service. The carbon removal service added 55miles more on a full tank. I had been struggling with adding in the fuel cleaners for two years with no joy on mileage improvement. I install custom car photo studios for a living and I practically live in my vehicle. The services here are top notch and always affordable, which is why I’m a lifetime customer.
