I like the power and room of the vehicle, but the transmission is causing great concerns. Lately, throughout my drive, the car shutters. The transmission is still shifting through it's gears, but the shuttering causes the car to vibrate. I have to take my foot off of the pedal, in order to continue driving, without the shuttering.

Really nice family owned car business. We were able to come to an agreement on the vehicle I purchased. Everyone involved was professional, polite, and no pressure sales team. I found the staff up front and direct the way I like it, no nonsense! I would buy from them again.

A real "Land Yacht", quiet,comfortable with lots of options.Mpg was reasonable (19/22) considering the weight of the vehicle and power was more than adequate for high speed travel.

Couple of nice old dudes own this place. They had some good stuff for sale. Some stuff above market, some stuff at market, and a few gems below market price too. I found a nice deal on "The Boat", a 2007 Grand Marquis from them. Not perfect, but in good shape with low miles. There's a car for every budget on their lot. Probably one of the few pay-and-drive type lots left that isn't run by xxxxxx.

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. This vehicle is exactly what I was looking for. I drove a minivan previously, but was ready for a new vehicle that was slightly smaller. The Lincoln MKX (same as a Ford edge) has definitely fit the bill. It is still roomy enough for 2 convertible carseats in the back without having to purchase smaller ones. The cargo space is nice without being overwhelming. And the amenities are great. I love the heated and cooled seats. The vehicle is also all wheel drive, so that gives us piece of mind for the winter months. I've also been getting approximately 20 MPG on my daily commute, which is great for me. Overall, I think this is a great family vehicle.
