Used 2016 Lincoln MKX for sale near Powell, OH

This was the first time in my life I was able to buy my own car. Mike patiently answered all my questions and explained all the minutiae.

Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

I did not know what I was looking for when I went shopping for my first car. But when I stepped inside my now Lincoln MKX, I instantly fell in love. By car the most comfortable car I’ve been in, the design is sleek, and I love the amount of space I’m given.

Cole Woods, the service advisor helped me alot. He made sure that my vehicle was fully checked, informed me of my tire issue and gave me a good deal. In addition. When I accidentally locked my keys in the car when I dropped my car off for an oil change. He was able to help get it unlocked and it was free of charge. He is a true example of how an employee should respectfully treat their customers.

This car has every just feature I could hope for. Lots of legroom in front and back. Sleek style. Has safety features like Kane assist, perpendicular and parallel parking, smart cruise control, heated and air leather seats. Most everything is automatic and has remote start. I was concerned about not having a third toe, but haven’t missed it, loving this car.

Really appreciated Louie?s style of communication. He along with the other employees I encountered offered great customer service. My car was finished at the time that was promised.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Customer service is great. They have a couple really experienced salesman, but for the most part everyone seems pretty new to the business and a little nervous when you talk to them.

Dealing with Andrew was super. Very knowledgeable, but no pressure. Car didn’t work out for me, but would not hesitate to work with him again.
