ASE Parts Specialist and Mercedes tech retired. 2016 mkz 3.7 now with 60k miles. Throttle position sensor went south. Part of the throttle body. Simple job. Only issue I’ve had. Don’t understand why there is no front windshield chrome strip. Almost looks like it starting to delaminate ! Hmm Luxury car with no window trim odd I think. 3.7 pretty fast handles good. Low in front scrapes often

Bought this 2017 in 2023 after owning an 2009 MKZ for 4 years. It is an extremely comfortable, stylish car with impressive performance. I love the interior and ergonomics, wonderful sound system, and more features than I can itemize. Money well spent!

I am a senior citizen and have been a car guy all my life. I have had close to 100 cars, all sporty, with big engines and options. I always have favored "Sleepers", if you like cars, you know what I mean. My 2020 MKZ 3.0 400HP AWD does 0 - 60 in 4.9 seconds and has been reviewed as the fastest Lincoln ever. All with every option and great comfort ! Get one while you can, they will be a classic.

Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

I purchased my mkz in 2018 it was a year old. Previously the car was a rental so I was sort of doubtful about my purchase but the price was a bargain. This car ended up being one my best purchases that I have ever made. Very reliable and stylish great on gas and comfortable as well. I will say as far as interior my park reverse and drive buttons wore off and my driver seat leather started to crack. What made me really appreciate the car was the wonderful service dept (Landmark Lincoln)we have here in Englewood CO. Always courteous and got me scheduled within the week. Always had a loaner car available if I needed it and never tried to oversell me service that I did not need. These guys are great . Sad they discontinued this vehicle but I am on the look out for a Aviator.

I wanted to take this opportunity to give a "WELL Done" to Westend Lincoln Mercury. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and my old 2007 Jeep survived, but had 253000 miles on it. Made the decision to upgrade my vehicle, but still needed to stay within my budget. Started looking for another Jeep and visited many different Dealerships around the Twin Cities Metro and soon became very disappointed with salesman and the non-caring attitude that were portrayed by these dealers. I saw a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Westend Lincoln-Mercury on the internet that seemed to fit my budget. I called and talked to a gentleman named Taylor Sparks and told him that I was interested in the Jeep. I made an appointment to come up and test drive the Jeep. When I got there, Taylor had the jeep out front and it was washed and immaculately cleaned. Now we'll cut to the chase! I let Taylor know that I wanted to take a little longer test drive to get the engine/trans hot. This is typically when hidden problems will present themselves on a vehicle. Taylor went out of his way to let me test drive it as long as I needed. He did not apply any pressure to me on the vehicle, which was beautiful coming from a sales person. When we got back, the only question Taylor asked me was if I had any questions or concerns. I replied,"The only question I have is when can we start the paperwork to buy the vehicle?" If you like a real casual sales experience, without high pressure and B.S, I strongly emphasize seeing Taylor. You won't be disappointed. I'd like to send out one more "Kudos" to Gary Poff. I had a minor issue with the Jeep and talked to Gary. They did not have to help me in anyway, because I bought the Jeep "As Is". Gary listened to my concern and help me out more than I could have hoped for! The "Best" car sales experiences that I have ever had. I bought the Reserve trim with the Tech package, Climate Package, 3.0l Twin Turbo V6, and AWD. Overall - This is a take on the modern American midsize luxury sedan that accidentally became the fastest vehicle Lincoln has ever made. Comfort - The seats in the MKZ feel more akin to a neatly fitted recliner with its many leavers to get the perfect position. It might take a few moments to get everything just right, but when you do, it's like sitting on a fluffy golden retriever. Its warm, comfortable, and always happy to see you. Drivability - This is an easy vehicle to drive. The AWD is great for putting the power down and not getting stuck on ice or mud. The handling is soft enough to put the family to sleep at the end of the day. Great visibility, easy to drive at night even in the rain. Interior - The inside looks, feels, and fits the price of this car and not the typical cheap American sedan. Touch points are nice. The inputs work how you would expect them to work. The return of physical buttons and knobs are welcome one, I much rather have the controls of a 4th generation fighter jet over a smart phone. Tech - The tech is fine. Blindspot is fine. Radar cruise control is fine. The auto high beams is fine. The touch screen OS is hopeless. The backup camera is fine. The stereo is fine. Performance - This is my favorite part of the car. Keep it in the low RPMs and you are just driving around any plain whatever V6 sedan. Nothing unusual here. Start rolling into the power and at 2750 you will hit max torque of 400 lbft. Planted your foot firmly to the floor and you will get all 400 HP at 5500 RPMs. With some grippy tires, the tested 0-60 is 4.8s. This makes this sedan a bit of a sleeper. Like I said, this version of the MKZ accidently became Lincoln's fastest car. Exterior - The MKZ has been accused of being a "tart" up ford fusion, but this revision is actually different. The MKZ is physically taller, wider, longer, and its own styling. Lincoln's design language is to be subtle and not draw attention. Paint in black with its shiny grill, it looks more like a 2000s jag than a 2010's ford. Reliability - 59000 miles and had to replace a sparkplug cable for an intermit issue. No other issues to report. Value - Used market is where a car like this has a ton of value. 400 hp, fit and finish, comfort you'd expect, and at a price that most could afford. Look at any of its competitors and they will have less features, less power, or cost way more for similar. If you dont want the power, you can find better options, but for the entire package this is difficult to beat.

He showed us the vehicle, then gave us time to thoroughly look it over. He checked in, but was not pushy in any way. He asked us if we would like a test drive, and when we returned he asked for our business. I will shop there again when the situation arises. I recommend them. I feel that we got a quality vehicle at a good price.

This car is a great family car and big enough for all occasions. Very comfortable and has all the luxury you need whether its just going to the store or on a long trip. Handles great in all types of weather and is a very safe car to drive.

I had this car for 7 years and it was amazing. I bought it used and by the time it died due to someone rear ending me going 80+ miles an hour it still turned on and moved to the side of the road. I had 196000+ miles on it and it never gave me an issue even when I bought it used. The only thing I replaced were tires and a tire pressure sensor.

I purchased a 2017 AWD 3.0T in May of 2023. Whoever had it took very good care of it and I'm trying to do my part. I had purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion Sport a week prior and found this on the lot the next week. The fusion had a few more bells and whistles but I went for the power and handling. The MKZ was a thousand more but worth it. Have taken this through the Smoky Mountains and was a dream to drive. The car never strained going up the mountains and I felt confident when I needed to pass. I woke up those 400 ponies a few times. The only gripe was when I hit a few large potholes and it rattled my teeth, but that would have happened in any of my other vehicles. I got 27 mpg on long trips and average around 21.5 in town. I have had some compliments on the vehicle. I saw one customer mention about an extended warranty, which I highly recommend. Enjoy!
