The service associates are pleasant and professional.I had a 730am appointment and was in and out by 815am.The assoc advised me to drive a little more to charge the battery or get a new one before winter.

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

He did locate the vehicle for me based on a previous inquiry. He never forgot me and when this car was available, he sent me a text message and I was able to test drive it that same day. My car was in service for warranty repair(s) from June 12, 2025, until service completion date of June 24, 2025. My service advisor Bryce Delamielleur was extremely professional, courteous and attentive. He kept me informed every day as to the status of my repairs. Bryce is the service advisor that I request on my service visits to the Varsity dealership, he's exceptional at his job and truly an asset to Varsity Lincoln. My only dislike is Varsity Lincoln's new policy, (effective July 11, 2024) that you now have to pay the taxes on your loaner vehicle(s) through Enterprise. It's not the amount (Michigan 6% sales tax per day and VLCR Fee $0.99 / Day); it's the principle of the matter...any malfunction of your new vehicle due to defective parts and under warranty should afford you a loaner vehicle totally FREE of ANY CHARGES except for replenishing the gas used!

Since moving to the area five years ago, HPL is the only place we've serviced and maintained our vehicles at. They do a fantastic job in every way and the dealership is always spotless and friendly. Jerry, the service writer, is fantastic to work with.
