I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. Friendly and informative. Waiting area and free wifi. Really for a waiting area and 3 hours service, it's good. If you get bored, you can take a walk around and see the collision cars, new and used cars. Get the steps in. There are other businesses nearby such as Karns and Ritas.

I purchased a 2025 Mazda cx70 with the help of Kenneth at Boucher. He wasn’t pushy and actually made the whole car buying process a little less terrible! The manager was also willing to work with me on numbers to suit my budget. If you’re in need of a Mazda, ask for Kenneth!

Very upset that when I bought my truck was never told I had to bye a oil treatment after 15000 miles witch cost me 89. Dollars on my next oil change to keep my oil changes for life I was not told that when I bought my truck I think that’s crap not happy about that and don’t intend on paying for the oil treatment.
