Hey everyone, meet Shawn Johnson at Crest Lincoln. This guy is definitely a sales wizard and has to be the heart of Crest. His uncanny ability to connect with you will leave you feeling like you matter and not just another sale under his belt. He definitely has a knack for sales that can only be described as ‘legendary.’ He really worked hard to get us what we wanted! I mean, this has to be the best salesperson I've ever had, and I have had several cars financed. He is cool, funny, caring, and just an overall really nice guy. I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

Star Lincoln had an excellent CPO MKC that we were able to get a fair deal on. Tim was excellent in communicating with us and was able to get the car delivered to us over 100 miles away! Excellent.

As usual Crest Lincoln did excellent work on my vehicle, washed it and completed the service on time. That is why I am having my Ford Explorer serviced at a Lincoln dealership.

I had the pleasure today of working with Jordan Johnson in the purchase of a 2020 Lincoln. I highly recommend working with this young gentleman . He answered all my questions and then some. And was extremely helpful in pointing out all that I needed to know about this new Lincoln for me. If you want quick results and professionalism, I highly recommend this dealership and this salesman. My car was in service for warranty repair(s) from June 12, 2025, until service completion date of June 24, 2025. My service advisor Bryce Delamielleur was extremely professional, courteous and attentive. He kept me informed every day as to the status of my repairs. Bryce is the service advisor that I request on my service visits to the Varsity dealership, he's exceptional at his job and truly an asset to Varsity Lincoln. My only dislike is Varsity Lincoln's new policy, (effective July 11, 2024) that you now have to pay the taxes on your loaner vehicle(s) through Enterprise. It's not the amount (Michigan 6% sales tax per day and VLCR Fee $0.99 / Day); it's the principle of the matter...any malfunction of your new vehicle due to defective parts and under warranty should afford you a loaner vehicle totally FREE of ANY CHARGES except for replenishing the gas used!

This is a wonderful place to buy a car and they take such care in all they do. The facility is very nice and clean. Our salesman Chris doesn?t pressure us and answers all of our concerns. Justin goes over everything in the car with you and you really need that since these cars are computers! We purchased the Aviator and love it!
