Let me start by saying I hate the car buying experience so my defenses were already up when I walked into the beautiful showroom. But my distrust turned very quickly into patient interest. What a good experience it turned out to be with our sales man. Ali was top natch. He listened and then led us to cars that met our expectations. We tried several different cars and then found one that we loved. This dealership negotiated until we agreed on the price. It was not as horrible as I had anticipated. This was the sixth different brand car that we test drove. so we had put a lot of research into this process. We would return to Adi if we ever were looking for a car again.

Everything from beginning to end was respectful, professional, and courteous!!! They even contacted us because we forgot our garage door opener and mailed it back!

Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
