I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

The car is a wonderful step forward for the Lincoln brand. The screen is the perfect blend of capability without distraction. Ignore the reviews about bad dealerships as it's about the car and not bad sales people. It's sylish, capable and comfortable!

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

If you are looking for Luxurious vehicle, the Lincoln Nautilis, 2.7 L hits all the marks. I was impressed with the quality of the ride and how quiet it is when driving. The 2.7 L has all the power you’ll ever need. It’s fast. The seats and interior are very comfortable and look great. We went with coffee interior. The sound system is unbelievable.. plenty of storage in the back and the automatic folding seats are a plus also many compliments on the roominess for passengers in the rear and the reclining rear seats are a hit. This is my second Lincoln, Nautilis did not disappoint. My previous car was a MKZ.

Brandon helped out my wife and I and he was an excellent person to deal with. We could not come to terms on the Lexus LS 460 but the experience was great. We just were not in the financial position to purchase a car that needed $2,400 in structural repairs right out of the lot.

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

So far I am happy with my Nautilus. I love the new technology available in the new SUV. I had owned a MKX for 14 years and never had any problems other than routine maintenance. I’m sure the new Nautilus will also be as reliable. I will always drive a Lincoln!!!

Purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna van in September 2024. Could NOT have been happier with this dealer. 1. I am an out-of-state buyer (Kentucky). Every 4 or 5 years I buy a later model used vehicle from Florida or Texas. Classic Chevrolet has been one of the best experiences to date. They picked me up at the DFW airport (they are 10 minutes away) and had me on the road in an hour. The paperwork can take time (not their fault - Texas takes a lot of time to process the title) but the 60 day temporary Texas tag means you can use the vehicle why you wait. And Texas does NOT collect sales tax for out of state buyers, you pay at your state when you get the title. NICE. 2. Easily the LOWEST dealer fees of ANY on-line seller as I shopped and got prices. Some dealers wanted close to $2,000 over advertised price, Classic's fees were about $500. SUPER reasonable. 3. The vehicle was in fantastic condition. Their used car prep was super. They even sent me on my way with a full tank of gas. 4. This is a HUGE Chevrolet dealer. As a Kentuckian, where we build Corvettes, I think I counted over 15 in stock NEW Corvettes in the sales area where I was processing my purchase. Apart from the Bowling Green plant, I have never seen so many new Corvettes in one place. 5. The staff were super friendly. Big shout out to Thomas Payne my sales guy. Retired army Master Sergeant. Had a great conversation while waiting for the business department to process my paperwork. Thank you for your service Thomas and for being such a gracious sales person. I highly recommend this seller, and would buy another vehicle from them if they had what I wanted.

Most comfortable and quiet of the 65 vehicles I’ve owned in my 76 years. Gorgeous black interior in my 2021 ceramic pearl 2021 Nautilus. And my wife, whose never been a car person, loves it.

Tom Caufield was AMAZING! He helped me purchase a car for my mom who lives in Texas while I was in Virginia. I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

We chose Grapevine Ford over other Ford dealerships in North Texas because it was the only place where someone actually approached us when we walked in. From the beginning, the staff created a welcoming and pressure-free environment. When the manager came over to discuss numbers, he was calm, respectful, and easy to talk to — we genuinely appreciated that vibe. At another dealership, we felt pushed into making a rushed decision, like we couldn’t afford to buy a car unless we committed that day, which made us very uncomfortable. The car rides and handles very well. Quiet ride, comfortable seats, plenty of room inside, legroom, headroom. Gas mileage is very good. It's a great value for your dollar. I would recommend this car to everyone.
