I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. The 12 volt battery in my 2023 Ford Mach-e needed replacing. They sent a technician to our house and he replaced the battery. Their service was excellent!

My husband and I had a very positive experience at Kendell Ford in Anchorage. Due to our truck being totaled in a MVA we were anxious to find a reliable replacement. We met with Ian Kingsley who showed us to the used F150s and proceeded to ask questions about our wants/needs, followed by answers about the changes in these trucks since we purchased our 2013 Ecoboost Laredo. We were somewhat interested in the Powerboost hybrids after seeing some at other lots. I had read reviews on the internet written by owners of these hybrids. Ian deftly filled in the blanks between what we knew about the hybrids and what we did not. He compared features between the various models and years and helped us determine what features and year best suited our needs. Then he took us out for a test drive on the Seward Hwy to experience the drive, handling and ride, while he explained the modes for driving styles, weather conditions, economy and power. Ian?s knowledge helped us decide which truck to purchase and after a week of driving it we have found it is well-suited to our needs. We are particularly surprised by the gas mileage and fascinated by our ability to gain miles on a tank of fuel simply by gentle braking. Also, the seats and ride are very comfortable. Finally, Manny Melchor in the Finance Dept was efficient and pleasant to work with. I would recommend this dealer and Ian, specifically.
