I can only speak of my experience at Gordon Chevrolet at the Service Department. Coming from a family of mechanics and being a wife of a mechanic us women know how sceptical we are about dealerships fixing our vehicles and over pricing things or taking advantage of a woman. When I first came into Gordon Chevrolet for service on my Chevy Cruze I had that mind set. When I got to the counter I spoke with a service representative his name was Bradley Pouliot, Brad #1 for short (lol). He introduced himself and ask how could he help me. I told him my story about my car and what it was doing and also told him nothing was going to be done without consulting me in turn I would talk to the husband. He said that was perfectly fine and that is what he was going to recommend anyway. At that point I was a little shocked, not what I expected from a dealership. So they checked out my car and he came back to let me know the results. He told me that it was my dicision and if I felt like I need to get a second opinion that I was welcome to do so, the important thing was that I need to have a safe and dependable vehicle, and that only I could make the right choice. He have me other options let me know If I took those options what needed to be done along with a diagnostic to take with me. I called my husband and told him everything in which he confirmed was the truth so he was surprised the price was as low as it was. You seen my husband already checked the car before I went which he didn't tell me and if he had the free time could have done it himself. So I decided right then I would only bring my vehicles to Brad at Gordon Chevrolet. It was because he was a down to earth people person that showed he cared about the customer more than anything and understood if you didn't have a lot of money at the time explained what was the most important to fix first. He out himself in your shoes. That day my car couldn't be fixed I had to go to work and I was stressing out but Brad say me down and said I didn't have to worry because he had a rental ready and waiting for me to use until my car was fix. I said I can't afford it . He said don't worry you are still under warranty this is on us. I asked how much the rental would normally cost (this has been a whole ago) I think he said It was $25 or $35 a day. Which to me that was cheap if you were to go to a rental company I do believe they charge more. I have been a customer ever since because no matter how little the problem like a valve stem cap missing you tell him about it and he will make it right. I'm glad Gordon Chevrolet has people like Brad with family values and that is what makes a company real people that can listen and put themselves in your shoes. Thank you Brad and Gordon Chevrolet

Kevin got me in on the day of my appointment and the car was ready in 2 days- with a new transaxle, drive axle, and 3 new engine mounts. Good troubleshooting and work. Only one complaint and that is the oily marks on the alloy front wheels. Thanks for the military discount. Will always recommend Gordon Chevy.

Last month I started the truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn???t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That???s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn???t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn???t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they???ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I???ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!

We are a family of 5 with a 15 year old, a 12 year old and a 7 year old, who are all growing at amazing rates. We had a Dodge journey for a few years but outgrew it so we went with the 2019 dodge caravan. It drives very similar to the journey; smooth, good pick up. The interior has so much more room though!! The kids love that there are outlets everywhere to charge their electronic devices and they even love the dvd player (even though they all have their own phones or ipads). I definitely wouldn't base my purchase on reviews from people who have only rented it: we all know how rental cars are treated by people. This is a great choice for a family looking for an afforable minivan.

Wolly went above and beyond to make our used car purchase perfect for our daughter. He provided excellent service and professionalism throughout the entire process.Kristen goes to college out of town so we were also on a time limit. If he couldnt find it there he would try to get it our go with across town need be to help he told us.As well as our daughter had just gotten in a very bad accident and totaled her Nissan a week before. So everything was still fresh and we were a little stressed. Kristen actually had her heart set on a SUV and not a sedan. After she test drove the Rogue with Wolly she was disappointed as she felt for her it wasn't the right vehicle as she had difficulty seeing out the side windows. As we were getting ready to move on and pursue elsewhere to look at other SUV's Wolly asked us to look at a Buick Verano that just came onto the lot the evening before. He felt it was something to consider after hearing our needs.It was immaculate and had every option you could think of. Miles, price and all were worth looking at. More bang for your buck for sure when compared to others. She test drove it 3 times in the same day. Loved it and he knew our concerns for safety as well as her desires along with our bottom line price. He encouraged her to look and to take her time to feel comfortable about her decision. As she did. At the end of the evening she test drove 5 other vehicles' on her list and still she loved the Verano Wolly showed her. He discussed everything and showed how it all worked on the vehicle before we left to so she could see , ask questions and be educated before she left to look elsewhere. Smart man! No one else did that for us the way he did nor came close. Wolly knew that car inside and out and how all the technology worked. Oh and not to mention he did on every car we inquired about and if he did not he sure found out quickly. Helped us set up her Onstar and XM. He was suppose to leave work at 6 or so and stayed till 9:30 and even got the car detailed for us as the shop was closing that evening even after we offered to bring it back. Great communicator, genuine guy, knows his business and worked well with all co-workers as we observed. My husband is going to be in the market for a truck. We will be going back to see Wolly. The rest of the staff and Gus were great to work with as well. Best experience by far we have ever had purchasing a car. Thanks again Wolly for doing a great job and working with us the way you did!

I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

Best car buying experience ever. I am a very savvy car, buyer. I was in no hurry to buy my new car. I live in Tallahassee, but was willing to go as far as Orlando to get a good deal. I received offers from about 12 different dealers. The price for the same vehicle varied by 1000's of dollars. Several dealers would give me low prices, but would not follow up with a formal offer. I finally found Orange Park Chrysler Jeep in Jacksonville, FL. My first interaction was with Richard Bateman who gave me a very detailed breakdown of the out the door price, right down to the $2.00 lemon law fee. During our negotiations, which was done via email, Richard had to leave so he directed my correspondence to Blake Roberts who took over and helped compete the deal without stepping foot in the dealer. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle Gene Myers took over and explained all the paperwork, discussed warranty, free oil changes and was very friendly and professional. I next met with Thomas Bobango who setup the financing and again was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in my new Jeep Patriot in no time at all. Orange Park Chrysler gave me the best price of all the other dealers, was professional and courteous and made the purchasing of a new car a pleasure.

After sending an email to Nimnicht Chevrolet I was contacted by Mike Gantt, a salesman there. I went in without an appointment, and Mike proceeded to show me the car and take it for a test drive. The car, a 2013 Mazda CX-5 was in pristine condition, and for me, it was love at first sight. During the test drive Mike proved to be very knowledgeable about the car, even though it wasn't a Chevy. I had done considerable online research on that particular make, model and year and had a firm idea of what a fair price should be and how much I would be willing to pay. However, the paperwork affixed to the car's window did not have the car's cost. Once we were in the office, Mike was joined by a Manager "because only a manager could determine/discuss price". Mike, literally, took a back seat while the Mgr. and I began a back and forth discussion during which I made it clear that I was not going to purchase the car during that visit, but rather, would go home and do a bit more research on cars at other dealerships, Eventually, I was given an Out the Door price of $15000, pending other approvals by management. . (Out the Door includes all taxes titles and fees.) With the Manager's assurance that the $15000 price was firm, I went home. After 2 hours of research and calls to other dealerships, I confirmed that the $15K price was more than fair. That same day, I called to say I was coming back to purchase the car, and was told that the Mgr. had made a "mistake", and the cost would now be $16K. Needless to say, I did not buy a car that day. Next day I was called by yet another mgr. who, when told about the previous day's "price hike", said he'd look into it. Mike also called to offer an apology and attempt to have the price reduced. In the end, 3 days later, I did buy the car for.... $15750. This was still a great price, especially when looking at the comps from other dealers. However, I feel that Nimnicht should have honored their initial offer to me despite THEIR manager's "mistake". After all, that price was determined by Nimnicht's employee, not me. However, Mike Gantt and his transparency and concern throughout were noteworthy and appreciated. And only because of his professionalism I recommend Nimnicht with the caveat: do your homework BEFORE going into the showroom and hope that the dealership shows just a bit more integrity going forward.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Listen.....Listen to me when I tell you that you're an idiot if you don't buy this sedan for any other reason than you don't like the styling. This vehicle is an absolute home run, out the park, first attempt for Genesis! And I say Genesis because its unlike anything labeled Hyundai. At no point will you feel that you're NOT driving some fancy well known luxury brand, nor will all the attention you garner allow you to think otherwise. From build quality to driving dynamics, this xxxx car rocks! The features that are packed into this car at it's 50k tag (38k w/ friends discount) is just unbelievable. And my driving experience is something I haven't had since my beloved E92 Beemer. You're gonna get pointed at, stares, pics, questions, dates lol, the works! This thing has presence peeps, and it knows how to be lux when it's time, and a bad xxx sports sedan when summoned. Only complaint, I'm 6'2" and someone over 6 feet driving, and your in back, not so comfortable. But under 6ft should be fine. I just love this car man, and truly feel that its ACTUALLY worth the 62k BMW wanted to charge me!!!! If this is indication of whats to come from "Geni", germs should be worried! Dont be shallow folks by saying "It's a Hyundai", this is "beast" worthy!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

I've never been more pleased with a car. Not only did I save tons of money - with the federal, state, and local rebates, plus avoiding gas stations for years! - but it handles well because the battery causes its weight to be low, and it accelerates fast because the power's electric and right there all the time! Great interior room, too - moved chairs in it.
