This is a great car to own and drive. With the TDI option, even after the Diesel-Gate fiasco, I was hesitant in purchasing the car. But they, VW, proved it can come back from adversity and provide the consumer with a car they can trust. On a recent cross country trip for NY to Washington and back, we managed to obtain real world driving fuel economy of 50+mpg. This was confirmed with miles travelled and fuel purchased. Never did like the computer mpg estimates. Not bad for a fully laden vehicle with three passengers and all the luggage. In town it is a blast to drive with the 6 speed manual transmission. When it needs to it can get up and go. Not super car performance by any means, but will provide the average driver with a rush of adrenaline and performance when needed. Good enough for having just spent a purchase price < $10k. This thing has over 100,000 mile and still running strong. My other VW, a TDI as well, is a 2006 with a 5 speed manual and it too is running strong with over 230,000 mile on the odometer. Wish they would offer an Atlas with the TDI, I would buy it yesterday! Too bad they only sell them in Russia!

As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I depend on the folks at Lexus of Orange Park to steer me in the right direction. It has been years that I’ve been a customer here. They never fail to disappoint. From the moment I pull up into the bay, I am always greeted by concierge with respect and professionalism. I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Willie, who always has a kind word and a welcoming smile. Prior to dropping my vehicle off this time, I learned that my regular service manager Jennifer had left, but I was excited to be able to work with Justin again. When I arrive to Lexus of Orange Park, I am normally still on the go, even though my car has to be serviced. As a realtor I have to service others, which means I still have to stay on the go. I am always greeted with my courtesy vehicle which is pulled up and processed and I’m out the door. The respect for my time is appreciated and never taken for granted. Dropping my car off for service at Orange Park. Lexus does not bring the level of stress that it sometimes does at many other dealerships that I’ve had the opportunity to deal with. We had a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. In January 2022 we ordered a new 2022 Avalon Limited. Flash forward 5 months and Toyota said they won't be building the car we ordered. We went down the street to a Lexus dealer because we knew the Lexus ES 300H was very much like the Avalon we had. They didn't have one. We got put on a list so the next one that came in we could look at it. 3 weeks later we got a call. We bought it. ES 300H Luxury model. We have had the car for under 3 months. We love it. The ride is wonderful. Love the large touchscreen. We do miss the folding down rear seats. Overall we are very satisfied.

Had my first oil change and tire rotation. Michelle was polite and very nice always smiling. Patrick the gentleman that did the work was awesome. I didn't meet him but his video of my car was upbeat and energetic. He had me laughing and confident my car was in good hands. They loose one star because not sure who the gentleman outside moving cars but he was not friendly on this day. He saw me and another person waiting in our cars no acknowledgment no can I help. When I asked do we go inside to drop off he just said yeah with a bad attitude. Sorry for the question the last time I was there I was asked to drive through and they take our car. He was just overly rude.

We bought this car used without much planning. I didn't think I would like it as much as I do. Exterior styling is outstanding, decent power, great handling, with lots of amenities on the inside

I have a 2013 Lexus ES 300h Ultra Luxury. I bought it six years ago in 2016 with 66,000 miles on it. It just turned 190,000 miles. No problems and It still has the original Hybrid Battery. What a great car! This year I put some 2022 ES F Sport rims on it. The rims are black like my car. I still get complements on my car and people can’t believe the that it’s 2013 with nearly 200,000 miles on it. I sometimes think about getting a new car, but this car is so great, I can’t let it go. Also the mileage is great. With a 17.2 gallon tank and 40 mpg equals 688 miles of range! The car came with ugly rims and skinny tires. Since I changed the tires and rims, the handling has greatly improved! Great car!

Randy in service was amazing. He made sure I was well taken care of and my car had the best care. He was also honest. He disclosed the new charge that he said came for corporate. I have to say I was very Disappointed in corporate of Acura. They are now charging a fee every time your vehicle is serviced that they are listing as a documentation/ records fee for your vehicle. I can keep my own records. So very disappointed in the Acura name. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years...guess it is time to move to a different type of car were corporate does not railroad clients into paying for their computers.

First things first, I bought this for fuel economy, not power, so I knew going into it that the 4 cyl wouldn't have the power of a V6 and I'm 100% OK with that. So I drive 55 miles one way to work every day and I have been averaging approximately 36.7 mpg. I enjoy the car overall. It's amazingly comfortable with all the bells and whistles of any luxury car with the SR Premium package, but I also did all the research to find what I wanted in a car and looked specifically for VALUE overall. My only complaint is that the caramel brown interior option isn't available on the higher end models. I've always had black interiors and would have loved to have a brown instead. Overall, for the money, the Sentra is exceptional value. I specifically wanted a car without turbo etc. Reliability was high on my list, and extra parts to worry about and maintain was not on my list. Having AndroidAuto, heated seats and heated steering wheel have come in handy. The looks of the orange with black top has turned so many heads and it makes me happy to hear that people appreciate such a different color. Hands down Nissan of Greer, and Mike Harley in particular, have made the process amazingly simple and easy. I can't thank all the guys at the dealership enough. If you want the best value for the money, I truly feel it is hard to beat the B18 Sentras.

Though I had to wait longer than expected for my vehicle to be delivered, I can definitely say it was well worth the wait. Konnor and the team ensured that wait time to complete my paperwork and buying process were minimal; all was complete in a little more than two hours! And I love my new vehicle!

Love this car. I only wish it was bigger. I could get that option with the G80 Sport. But everything about the car screams luxury and sport.

Lexus of Orange Park serviced my RX350. My air conditioning and heating were not working correctly. The mechanic determined the cause and ordered the replacement part. Probably my favorite car I’ve owned…. Luxury in a Toyota, just perfect. I love the extra room as I’m a taller guy, and the acceleration is not joke either. Got the windows tinted on my dark blue Avalon, looks 5-7 years newer than it is!

I bought this new car. I love this car the design is perfect. It is perfect for my needs along with the style. The turbocharger has a small lag and I think Acura has imposed power restrictions. The back seat is very tight I think, it could have had more leg room. For the most part, I enjoy it. Perhaps the aftermarket sector could step up its power restrictions.

The car meet all my needs it also brought my confidence level high. I love this car and they found me the right. The leg room space is great too.

The Sonata has a very nice profile. Very sporty looking with unique lines. The 1.6 turbo is peppy, with very little lag. I average 32 MPH, City/highway combined. On several trips we averaged 39MPH. Spacious, quiet and comfortable. Love the two tone scheme, (silver&Black). For me , the best Sonata to date. I did love my 2012 red turbo, but the 2020 handling is superior, and so is the interior noise level.

Our soon to be 17 year old was floored when he saw his Alfa Romeo. It’s gorgeous inside & out. Smooth ride, great handling, luxury interior, sleek design, eye catching color. Great value for this 2019 Guilia!!
