Used 2022 Mazda CX-30 for sale near Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Novak Motors, still a hidden gem but…. Things have changed. My first time buying a car at Novak was an unexpected pleasure. Found them online claiming a no-hassle pricing policy. So, I went in and met with a sales associate named Laura. Told her I was looking for a Santa Fe. She said ‘we have eight of them. I found one I liked and we sat down with the car fax. I asked what they could do on the price and she said ‘nothing, that’s the price’. Well, I had already done my homework. Their cars seemed to be priced all at the lower end of the Kelley Blue Book range. Fair enough I thought. I asked if I could have my mechanic look at the car and she said ‘sure and if you find anything wrong, since the car was still under warranty, it would be taken to the dealer and fixed prior to the purchase’. With that said and done I came in to buy the car a few days later. Ok, here comes Amy the finance person. I’m ready for all the usual stuff that you deal with at the dealership. But no, just a little paperwork and Amy had me out the door in about 30 minutes. So now let’s jump ahead about 5 years. Is Novak still a place to buy your car? Yes, but there are changes. Namely a man named Mike who is the sales manager. Now when I talked to a sales person they have to go to Mike. Then Mike comes to me. He’s a big guy and he’s playing that sales manager role we have all seen at dealerships. I asked him if he could do better on the price testing the waters. ‘I can come down $500’ he told me (so much for no haggle). Now I’ve already done my homework and Mike is being deceiving. The prices online were $500 lower than the sticker on the car. When I asked him about that he said ‘that they haven’t updated the stickers yet’. That was another lie. I had been in the showroom on and off for over a week and been looking at their website regularly. He also negotiated several times on what they would give me for my trade in. Telling me he was going to lose money when he sells it at auction. At the price he paid me he probably will. I’m sure in his mind he can offset the loss to corporate by claiming his sales numbers. I hope corporate isn’t that blind to his games. Now jumping ahead, I decided to buy the car and gave a deposit three days prior to month-end. Afterwards, Mike says to me that we need to close the deal by Saturday (last day of the month). I said ‘no problem assuming my credit union processes my loan, if not we can do it Monday’. With that he gave me attitude. I said Mike ‘I’ll do my best but either way I have given you a deposit and we have a signed binder’. His reply was ‘I don’t have to honor it and can pull out of the deal’. My response was ‘really Mike? What kind of dealership high pressure garbage you pulling here?’ So here are the main changes at Novak: Mike Mike Mike Seems whoever brought in Mike has made a mistake. Mike has a past history of working at car dealership such as Ford from what he told me and has brought that atmosphere into Novak. Simply put, he’s a bully and likes to throw his obvious weight around. He walks and talks the stuff that we’ve all have experienced at car dealerships. Prices of the cars are now about $1000 higher. Obviously, giving Mike room to drop the prices which clearly violates their no haggle policy. He purposely prices the stickers higher than the website and then claims he hasn’t updated his floor stock yet. Bottom line, would I go back to Novak again? Yes, I would. The cars Novak sells are clean, single-owner lease returns. Out of hundreds of lease returns, Fusion gets to selectively choose which ones to sell thru Novak. They are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. They are still within KBB but as I said because of Mike they are higher and you have to negotiate some. One of the main reasons I would still choose Novak for my next car is because of the finance staff of Amy and Frank. I hope Novak’s corporate office wakes up and gets rid of the dead weight that’s bringing them down, Mike.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

Koeppel Mazda is the best. Stein Celestin was our salesman and made sure we got the best price Koeppel could offer. He also ensured we had everything ready to go so that when we arrived, we just had to sign the papers and go. Before we drove off, he made sure we knew all the new features in our car (we were returning a 2017 car of the same model). Great customer service. Sherette Corsey was also great and very patient when we made a last minute change in our deal. I can't say enough good things about Stein, Sherette and the team at Koeppel.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

No pressure approach, honest opinions and suggestions from the sales representative. Car was promised and delivered on time. No issues with this transaction and I would visit this dealership and salesman again.

We just leased our first Mazda from Koeppel Mazda on Northern Boulevard. What an amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone is so friendly, curteous and professional. The receptionist, our salesperson Sagar, the finance manager and the GSM Saiful - each made sure that all of our questions were answered and our needs were met. This was more than a sales transaction, we felt like they actually cared, and they wanted us to leave happy. It's the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I take out driving just for sake of driving! No destination just driving... I get a big grin every time I press the accelerator on my CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus trim. I am very happy with it and very happy that Mazda holds the top spot at consumer reports for reliability. The funny thing is, Mazda was not even on my radar originally, but it happens that it was one of the few dealerships in my area that had any inventory. Once I test drove it....It was Game Over! Went home and did a bunch or research and found out all the good stuff...went back the next day and bought it.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Darwin Flores is the best salesperson to deal with at this dealership. This is the second time in two years he has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchasing experience one of the best. I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience! I would definitely recommend Darwin to anyone and Kenny the Mgr. was also very helpful.

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Shopped around and everyone was lets say not helpful the the staff at Advantage was great from start to finish. What a dealership. A+ Highly recommend

Simply the best service around. I was lucky to stumble across them after a horrific experience at Wayne Mazda and was blown away by how well run their service department is. They provided concierge pick up and drop off and were able to get my new windshield in four days after the other guys said it would take four weeks.

I bought cx-30 here two weeks ago. It was a long trip from New Jersey to get here but I knew this place was the right one because they had a great first impression by showing transparent price policy. After I put my deposit, every procedure I went through was smooth and they were professional, and they work as a very organized team. If you actually visit the place, you will know what I mean. Besides all of that, Chris Kinder was the best representative I have ever met including all other brand representatives. He explained every single button you might want to know before you drive and he made our purchase experience very precious in every perspective. If I buy next car for my self or my spouse, I will be pleased to work with chris and palisades mazda. If you live in NYC, I recommend to do your business here. I had a great experience at Palisades Mazda. I scheduled to test drive a used vehicle, and when I got there on the same day, they had the car ready to go. No wasting time. I also drove another car same day. I wound up purchasing one of them, and the entire process from when I stepped in the door to leaving after the purchase was 2hrs. Stephen and Nicole were a pleasure to work with and both knowledgeable. This is how buying a car should be. No sales gimmicks or fees on the back end. Very straightforward and honest.
