It was never my intention to buy Mazda CX 50 Hybrid Premium Plus during my first visit to Ira Mazda. All I wanted is to visit and get a quote under Costco Auto Program and compare the quotes and take a decision to buy one between Mazda CX 50 Hybrid vs Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in the first week of July. But ended up buying one during that visit itself with the magic of Doug Clark. Doug is a wonderful sales person and awesome experience to work with him. He was able to convince us to buy one with the offer he made. We were not able get out of that building without making purchase. Overall, happy with the purchase and car.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. I recently dealt with Carmax of Norwood, MA. They had a great inventory of cars that I am searching for and very knowledgeable salespeople. The sales staff was very helpful with their product inventory, options and descriptions of their cars. They very very informative regarding their buying processes as well as financing options.
