Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I called Nathan Merrill at DGDG Mazda out of the blue because I was looking for a specific color/option combo Mazda CX-5 and wanted to buy it same day - the special interest rate was expiring and sales tax was going up 1% the next day. He was very very nice, and went to go find it for me (it was at another of their locations). He secured it, sent me a video, offered a fair price, so I bought it that night and he had it delivered to me the next day. This is the first time I've bought directly from a dealership since 2012 because of bad experiences in the distant past. Nathan made it a good experience. I still hate sitting in front of the Finance guy, but that can't be helped LOL

I worked with Dantes Adeva. I saw the car listed on cars.com and contacted them through the site. Dantes was very pleasant to work with and not high-pressure at all. It helps that we both knew the exact car I was looking at purchasing, but he did not seem like he would be unbearable if I were shopping around. I did do some test drives at other dealerships and had varying degrees of like/dislike for the salespeople. The car was exactly as advertised and quite a bit cheaper than similar cars on cars.com, so I feel like I got a good deal and drove away happy.
