I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Tony and Tim were so fantastic to work with. Tony explained the process extremely thoroughly which I definitely needed and neither him nor Tim were pushy and were very respectful! Tony was super knowledgeable and helped me from the start through financing, etc. I would 100% buy another car from here and tell anyone else that they should!

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

I travel a lot for work so I needed a new vehicle. I came in 15 minutes before closing, we took the vehicle for a test drive and then went over numbers. Zevin Martin was my sales guy and worked with me to get the car down to a comfortable number for my budget. The 25 civic is great and everyone I interacted with were chill and professional.

This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

Ron Morris (my sales representative) and Richard Lafaye (the sales manager) both ensured that they answered every question I had, thoroughly and honestly. Both showed extreme patience, were friendly, funny, and more than willing to work through any concern I had. Jackson Jernigan (the business manager) was thorough and willing to try to beat the interest rate I was offered from my bank. Jackson was able to offer me a lower interest rate and processed my paperwork very quickly. Even after my sale has completed, they are still working with me to complete an insurance process for my previous car that I traded in. I highly recommend City Auto of Murfreesboro, Ron, Richard and Jackson. They go above and beyond and have fun while doing it. Thank you guys!!

By far the best Sub $40k vehicle I've ever owned. And I'm a UAW worker. Driving, Power, Interior material quality are top notch. Alot of soft touch materials.

About as pleasant as a car-buying experience can be. Only hiccough was that someone else scheduled a test-drive of the same vehicle at the same time as me. Since you sign-up for specific test-drive appointments, conflicts like this shouldn't really happen. Nonetheless, while waiting, I test drove another vehicle and liked that one better anyways. My only complaint would be the mandatory fee for the PermaPlate treatment (not included in the advertised price unless you go all the way through to see what the out-the-door price would be). Maybe the 5-yr warranty that comes with the treatment will be worth it, but frankly, I don't ever appreciate mandatory dealer add-ons -- especially when I learned that the owner of EchoPark's parent company also owns PermaPlate. Definitely sus, but even with the fee, prices are competitive.

Great salesman! Only down side was they hit me extra hard for add on warranties, service plans, etc. But it was an enjoyable purchase overall.

He is very friendly and caring, alway making sure I have a ride if not waiting. communication is fantastic, I know when parts are in stock, when to bring in the car for repair and when it is advantageous to file an insurance claim. JB is on it, always with a caring smile. He is why I keep coming back.

I took my SUV into Nelson Mazda to get appraised and was so impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the team. They truly give you the best and top price in the market and do an excellent job of explaining each part of the process. I went to two other places (CarMax and the dealership for the make of my car) and Nelson Mazda went above and beyond with their thoroughness and genuine interest in wanting to buy my car.
