I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Excellent experience no pressure pulled cars out on the day after Christmas. Snow everywhere. Test drove no hassle, great attitudes.

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

They asked US what WE wanted and OUR budget. Then they pulled each car up to us while we waited in the showroom. No pressures. No price haggling. Superstore inventory on their massive lot. No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

By far the best Sub $40k vehicle I've ever owned. And I'm a UAW worker. Driving, Power, Interior material quality are top notch. Alot of soft touch materials.

A little bird approached me with the intel that these guys had a brand spank-me-silly new 2015 Mazda3 Grand Touring w/ the upgraded engine and all the bells and whistles. That's great of course, since they always have those, but this one had that so so sweet 6 speed manual tranny, which is semi-rare due to the luxurious trim level and the lazy ol' stuffed shirt demographic it typically caters to. My salesman, Jon, was knowledgeable and authoritative yet hands-off, which I like-- a lot. I gave it a twice over, pushed its limits on the test cruise and walked out with keys in hand and a full tank of gas in less than 2 hours. This car is a real peach; a tour de force; an artistic atom-bomb, and Jon was my very own lone cowboy, traversing dry and unforgiving landscapes whilest being harassed by auspicious outlaws to provide an explosive deal (xxxx near close to what they bought it for) to a poor prospector like me. Their money woman, Kath, was great and made the numbers all too easy. So I was planning on spending nearly twice what I did on a Lexus F-Sport and, thankfully, this experience brought me to my senses. The only thing the F-sport really has on the 3 is how puffy the leather seats are, and I prefer the rugged life. Just to be clear, I gave myself what I wanted; the holy grail, bank account sustaining face-melter speed demon I think I deserve but probably don't. Some say this Jon character still moseys around the dealership to this very day, but I can't provide any evidence to back that up. Happy hunting!

If I would have read existing reviews I may not have even looked at this dealership. I am happy to say it was a fantastic experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Financing was taken care of easily much better than I experienced in December purchasing a new car at a different dealership. We were given a form to sign stating we could bring back our purchase for any reason within the first 7 days. It sounds like things may have changed here for the better after reading other reviews. I would suggest giving them a shot at your business. They earned mine, I hope your experience will be worth while as well.

Loved my Outback from the beginning. However I was sure the salesman that sold me the Outback said I had a lifetime of oil changes etc. So when I brought it in the first time for a change, I was surprised to be charged and I did question that salesman. I am still sure that was part of the deal. Next thing was my transmission was leaking and I talked to an excellent CS lady last year. I got a rental and my SUV was fixed and I continue to love the Outback. Last Sunday, I noticed a leak on my garage floor same as before, so I immediately called on Monday to get my SUV back in to you. The last repair was done 3/2/22 so I assumed it would be covered under your warranty. I asked your CS rep, Dia to make sure it was before I drove all the way into Salt Lake. When she acted a little hesitant about the dates, I assumed. I asked her to verify her info with her supervisor, which she put me on hold and did. When I arrived at your dealership for the work, I was informed that it also had a 12,000 mile or 1 year. I was not told that. Your customer service was excellent. It appears it was not my transmission, but an O ring covered by warranty. They checked out my transmission, fixed the O ring, aligned and washed my Out back. I was very pleased and would now recommend you to anyone and would buy another SUV from you It does appear, that you listen to your customers. And I have learned to double check when someone tells me something is covered. I am impressed that your staff believed me. You have turned a not so satisfied customer into a valued one. Thank you. We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We searched around for a few weeks but kept going back to the vehicle that Velocity had listed due to the lower price, lower mileage and overall value. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. Nothing makes me want to run the other way then being hounded by a salesman instantly and feeling pressured. We felt none of that here with Velocity. We have bought two cars from this dealer and we think they are very good guys, responsible and friendly when it comes to doing business.

From start to finish I was given excellent service. Dakota assisted me with friendly and enthusiastic customer service. Greg, in the finance department, was also very helpful and friendly. The only issue I have is that the used car that I purchased didn't have an owner's manual. Even though the car was used I feel like an owner's manual should be included in the package. I called a few days after purchase to ask for one, but was told they didn't have one.
