Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. It was never my intention to buy Mazda CX 50 Hybrid Premium Plus during my first visit to Ira Mazda. All I wanted is to visit and get a quote under Costco Auto Program and compare the quotes and take a decision to buy one between Mazda CX 50 Hybrid vs Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in the first week of July. But ended up buying one during that visit itself with the magic of Doug Clark. Doug is a wonderful sales person and awesome experience to work with him. He was able to convince us to buy one with the offer he made. We were not able get out of that building without making purchase. Overall, happy with the purchase and car.
