New and used 2025 Mazda CX-50 2.5 S Preferred Package for sale near Carol Stream, IL

My recent purchase of a 2025 GLE 450 has been a thoroughly positive experience. The vehicle itself meets and exceeds expectations in terms of its luxury features and performance capabilities. I would particularly like to commend the exceptional service provided by Jack Poidomani, who went above and beyond to understand exactly what I was looking for and patiently helped me find the vehicle that checked every box. Furthermore, the finance team efficiently secured my desired interest rate of 2.99%, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction with this purchase. I am very pleased with my new Mercedes GLE 450 and the professional manner in which this transaction was handled.

The additional 6” in width makes the CX-50 do much more spacious than my two previously owned CX-5s. Cornering is much more stable. The turbo 4cylinder engine has the get up and go necessary for highway merges or passing left lane, driving to grandma’s house on Sunday Afternoon hogs! After owning my vehicle for just two weeks, there are only three negatives to date: 1. Poor explanations/directions in owner’s manual. 2. Poor gas mileage both HWY/City 3. No Manual Transmission option.

Our sales person, Alex Castro, was excellent. We've purchased several cars from him before and he helped select a vehicle that he thought would work for us and he was correct. We bought the 2025 NX350H and it's perfect for us. Your finance department helped us through all the paperwork that was involved in purchasing a new car. And I'm sure Tom in Service will also help us to maintain our new Lexus as he always does. We've been very satisfied Rohrman customers for many years and this purchase was our fourth Lexus.

Amazing vehicle so far (less than 1k miles). Splash guards not being standard hands one star off. Car gets dirty as soon as it's washed without them.

Liz in sales was always helpful and made the buying process a breeze. She addressed all my concerns about the Carfax report, pricing & extra keys. The dealership's facilities are convenient & very clean. The vehicle itself was in great condition. The financing process can be made more transparent. It would be helpful to know about the extended warranty options beforehand as cost of these options can add 10-20% to the cost of the car. It is hard to make this decision at the last moment. However, I could have added to the financing.

Salesman (Rigo) was excellent in providing outstanding customer service. Bought a 2025 CX90 PHEV was patient and took a lot of time helping us understand all the new technology that today’s new cars have. I’ve gone back to ask question and was more than provide all the help I need! The entire process was easy, although signing paper work takes more time than I remember. Great customer service. Kept us up to date as the repairs were being done and timing when we could expect the return of our car. We even got a video showing what was wrong with the car. Their appointment schedule was full but they were able to work us into their schedule.
