New and used 2025 Mazda CX-50 for sale near Millerton, NY

I was so impressed by the attention without pressure I enjoyed when working with Laci Bora. She patiently answered my questions and helped me sort through options without rushing—golden! I had 2018 cx-5 for 6 years and traded for 2025 cx-50 last October it has 6800 miles on it now here’s my opinion on both vehicles CX-5 has more mature feeling when you drive it Feels heavier and quieter and eat more gas also little bit of old technology than cx-50 CX-50 has good gas mileage, little more power, lighter feel than cx-5,newer technology and better seats than cx-5 Also when you drive on highway it’s more comfortable for steer feeling than cx-5 So it’s your preference of what kind of drive feels do you like Both vehicles have a good reliability

as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

The additional 6” in width makes the CX-50 do much more spacious than my two previously owned CX-5s. Cornering is much more stable. The turbo 4cylinder engine has the get up and go necessary for highway merges or passing left lane, driving to grandma’s house on Sunday Afternoon hogs! After owning my vehicle for just two weeks, there are only three negatives to date: 1. Poor explanations/directions in owner’s manual. 2. Poor gas mileage both HWY/City 3. No Manual Transmission option.

Very knowledgeable staff, appreciate the orientation of the features of my car. Had all my questions answered since I had not bought a vehicle for 12 years.

Amazing vehicle so far (less than 1k miles). Splash guards not being standard hands one star off. Car gets dirty as soon as it's washed without them.

The information I needed was online, Keith, the salesperson was very accommodating without giving any pressure. He was great to work with. Signing went very smoothly and quickly.

Fix my truck headlight. They got the parts in a couple of days. In the meantime I was in a loaner truck. So no problem. Shame that parts are not kept in stock but that how it is. Joe does a great job

Our salesman was Glenn Gannaway. After coming to an agreement on the purchase of the vehicle, we had filled out a form for requests to be completed as part of the deal. One request was to repair or replace the damaged headliner. Secondly, Glenn told us he would get us the second of the pair of key fobs. Thirdly, we requested a bottle of touch up paint to take care of small nicks in the exterior paint. Now three weeks later, we are still waiting for these requests to be taken care of by this dealership.” The updated review is a five star review “We purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium from this dealership on 11/10/22. We traded in our Ford Escape and our F-150 on this vehicle to have lower payment and more comforts. The deal went well with Glenn Gannaway as our salesman and Josh Woodruff taking care of the finances. Josh did an excellent job with our financing and made sure that we were able to get a refund on our unused Ford warranty balance. They gave us a fair trade on both of our vehicles and a reasonable price on our Ford Edge. There were a couple of items that had to be taken care of after the sale on the we owe sheet. The headliner had some damage and there was a few small paint chips and only one key fob with the Edge. The dealership has provided touch up paint for the chips and purchased a second key fob for us. They had repairs made to the headliner, and although it doesn’t look brand new, it is acceptable and hardly noticeable. The experience, although time consuming has ended on a good note and I would recommend buying a new or used vehicle from the Machens Auto Group.”

Since doing a former review & being contacted by Julie Rose about some of my ratings, the service department has done a 360*! I enjoy coming in now when having my CX-5 serviced.

I recently purchased a white 2019 Honda accord from here and it was a great experience! They let you look without hassling you. I drove the car by myself to test drive it. Brian was awesome! I had been in an accident that was not my fault but needed a vehicle. He even came in on his day off to help me purchase. No pressure while I looked somewhere else for a couple of hours, in the end was back and ready to purchase. Highly recommend and will be back for another vehicle soon for my son. Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

Like Michael Ponter, the General Manager, who is all over the place but will always find time for you. Like Eric, the Internet expert who, fittingly, will keep in touch via electronic communication. Or like Reba, the charming and efficient receptionist who will help you with anything you need, even if you only need a warm smile. I wrote a bad review on Paretti dealer on the purchase of my Infiniti G37 because as reported by Infiniti of Baton Rouge , the 122000 miles service was performed , but Paretti got the car from Infiniti as completed ;they were under the impression as i was the required service was done , Paretti called me and they were more than willing to work with me even thou it wasn't their fault . They went the extra mile to help me correct the issues and performed the maintenance for me on my Infiniti . I am more than pleased on the response from Paretti , they were professional, courteous and concerned .
