Amazing vehicle so far (less than 1k miles). Splash guards not being standard hands one star off. Car gets dirty as soon as it's washed without them.

Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

Went in to buy a Miata Grand Touring. Got a fair price on both my trade and the car I wanted. Came in one weekend and returned the next weekend. My sales person Kyle was very nice and corresponded well. I like the no pressure and no negotiation.

I engaged with the folks at North Penn Mazda to purchase a vehicle online. Some life events unfolded which prohibited me purchasing my vehicle. The folks at North Penn, (Dan in sales in particular), were kind and understanding. The cancelled the sale and returned my deposit without question. They are honorable and reasonable folks to deal with. I would happily engage to purchase a vehicle from them again. FWIW the vehicle I was purchasing was attractively priced and optioned. Quoting review I am retracting first, as the dealership solved the issues pleasantly and professionally,”My wife and I purchased a 2019 Ford Edge from this dealership on 10/10/22. Our salesman was Glenn Gannaway. After coming to an agreement on the purchase of the vehicle, we had filled out a form for requests to be completed as part of the deal. One request was to repair or replace the damaged headliner. Secondly, Glenn told us he would get us the second of the pair of key fobs. Thirdly, we requested a bottle of touch up paint to take care of small nicks in the exterior paint. Now three weeks later, we are still waiting for these requests to be taken care of by this dealership.” The updated review is a five star review “We purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium from this dealership on 11/10/22. We traded in our Ford Escape and our F-150 on this vehicle to have lower payment and more comforts. The deal went well with Glenn Gannaway as our salesman and Josh Woodruff taking care of the finances. Josh did an excellent job with our financing and made sure that we were able to get a refund on our unused Ford warranty balance. They gave us a fair trade on both of our vehicles and a reasonable price on our Ford Edge. There were a couple of items that had to be taken care of after the sale on the we owe sheet. The headliner had some damage and there was a few small paint chips and only one key fob with the Edge. The dealership has provided touch up paint for the chips and purchased a second key fob for us. They had repairs made to the headliner, and although it doesn’t look brand new, it is acceptable and hardly noticeable. The experience, although time consuming has ended on a good note and I would recommend buying a new or used vehicle from the Machens Auto Group.”

They responded to me very quickly but the car I was looking for had already been sold. They followed up, to see if I had interest in another vehicle, but were not pushy.

From scheduling my appointment to having the service done it was excellent. In and out in 30 minutes for routine oil change line and tire rotation.

Very honest about me not needing repairs at this time. Timely response to my inquiry. Conveniently located to me. Very clean waiting room and service area.
