This is a very comfortable car and all the features it offers, ie navigation, audio, etc have easy to use controls. Stylish and luxurious ride at an affordable price. Decent gas mileage to boot.

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

He talked me through every step of the way and was always transparent and reasonable. Every time I've returned the service has been helpful and pleasurable! I had a great experience buying a car with Nabil! He was friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. Nabil listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car without any pressure. He really knows his stuff and gave me honest advice. After I bought the car, he even checked in to see how I was doing. If you need a car, I highly recommend Nabil. However, I had a disappointing experience with Rodriguez, the financial specialist. Despite having the highest credit score, he didn’t offer me a competitive percentage rate from well-known institutions like Bank of America, Capital One, etc. Instead, he suggested a high rate of 7.99% from lesser-known financial institutions, which just didn’t make sense to me. In comparison, Nabil, my car sales representative, was outstanding and deserves a 5-star rating for his excellent service, whereas I would give Rodriguez a 1 for not being helpful in getting a fair financial deal.

Mr. Wright (salesman) and Ms. Hana (financing), provided awesome customer service. They were NOT pushy or unhelpful. Ms. Hana looked at the apr my bank was charging me, and provided me a MUCH lower apr. They made me feel like a valued customer.
