Everything was really smooth. I had actually anticipating going in early in January but decided to check things out the last weekend of December to take advantage of year end deals. I checked on Friday and got an appointment scheduled for Saturday morning. I figured it would be an absolute madhouse trying to do something on New Year's Eve, so my expectations were low. I was quite surprised and quite pleased at how well things went. We knew the specific model we wanted and had researched before we arrived. My wife was not very sure about the red color and red is what she wanted. We looked at a white one, but my wife decided she wanted to look at the red. We could tell it looked different when the dust was cleaned off. It may not seem like a big deal but it certainly was to my wife. She hasn’t had very many brand new vehicles and it was important to me she get what she truly wanted and not settle for something she didn’t like. Our salesperson was very attentive and was patient as we tried to figure out what color we wanted, which was a tough decision for my wife. She made her choice and that was the most difficult part of the process. My wife loves her new Jeep so I am very happy. Thank you for everything.

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

After having a very unpleasant customer service experience with Jennifer Collins, a new service advisor was assigned to me. I was extremely pleased Clayton Fraizer. He took the time give me a call to introduce himself and was very warm, positive and professional. Once my vehicle was ready for pick-up, he called again, greeted me upon my arrival, and did a proper checkout to ensure that the window tint and window seal repair exceeded my expectations. As a brand new Mercedes Benz - Plano service department customer, I am happy to say that Clayton COMPLETELY turned around my overall experience and perceptions of this department. His customer service definitely matched the Mercedes Benz brand which is what I expected from the beginning. As a result, I will continue to work with him in the future.

Not enough miles driven to fairly evaluate but look forward to driving when weather is better. I have high expectations! I'll need time to get used to the console controls.

Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!

We actually had another appointment with another car dealer prior to going to Tradeline Motors. But, as it turned out, this was the right place for us. We canceled our previous appointment and left our car hunt with Fito. We had an awesome experience buying our car at Tradeline Motors. Starting with our car salesman, Fito. From the start, he was very polite, personable and helpful to us. He even personally took a video of the car we were interested in and sent in to us the day before. When we got there, he was so accommodating, respectful and understanding of our situation. He made the whole luxury car buying experience much more enjoyable and we felt no pressure at all from test driving the car to the negotiation to the sealing the deal. We left the place at peace with our purchase. Fito rocks! I highly recommend him and we’ll definitely go back to Tradeline Motors when we’re ready to make another purchase. Their excellent service did not stop the moment we signed the contract. Because it was raining when we test drove our car, he had us return for a full detail and full tank refill once weather cleared! The whole team is a blessing! Thank you Fito and Mr. Bennett!!
