We just bought a CPO 2022 S580 Mercedes! Joe Horneman was our salesman, and he was an absolute joy to work with. There was no pressure, and he was very accommodating to our needs. I had a first rate experience with the sales and finance team at Jaguar Land Rover Mt Kisco. Jennifer on the initial contact then Tyler on the test drive and all pre-sales communication. Finally Brittney on finance and final delivery. Just great teamwork all around. I felt actual customer service which many of us will agree is missing from most businesses these days. Sure everyone is happy when they come home with a new car but some experiences are better than others. Mine was particularly exceptional.
