Even after the sale, he practically insisted upon helping us get my son's phone Bluetooth synched with the car, so he could make hands-free calls safely. I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

The GLS has the luxury of a sedan and the versatility of an SUV. This is the fourth GL series that I have had and would not consider another vehicle.

On 2011 my wife and I visit Feldmann import to look at pre owned BMW, long story short we not really happy with the treatment from the business manager, so we left the dealership. And yesterday 7 years later we give Feldmann Import another try.... And WOW ... what a change Esther Odland and Haley Amundson they are AMAZING. Esther so patient and answer all the question we have. And the one thing that blew my mind is .... they stay 2 hours passes the dealership business hours so we can drive our new Mercedes home that night. My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

Beautiful new dealership with good variety of vehicle choices. We weren’t really in the market but visiting there as another relative was in the market. Happened to see vehicle there we liked and were surprised at affordability of this car. Matt was the sales rep who greeted us and no pressure to push us to buy. But he was very personable and so helpful and attentive during the process. Great young man who is also their Sprinter van specialist.

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

I purchased the vehicle off of a lease in March with 60K miles. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. For the size the SUV is very nimble. The surround camera is a must. On a 350 mile round trip my 5'6" daughter-in-law had no issues sitting in the third row. I put the car seat for my grandson in the 2nd row drivers side because lifting the 2nd row back after 3rd row access is cumbersome and heavy on the drivers since you have to lift the middle seat as well. MB you have to make the 2nd row power back to upright position. Adaptive cruise control is outstanding but keep in mind you have to get the Driver Assistance package to get it. Harmon/Kardon surround sound is very nice. My big complaint is sometimes at speeds above 65 MPH there is front vibration. Does not happen all the time, sometimes I can cruise at 80 MPH and feels like I am sitting in my living room. I think it may have something to do with the Pirellis, I plan to switch very soon to Michelins. A very classy, roomy and comfortable SUV

Better mileage than my Navigator with better performance. Great technology. High quality paint job. Very comfortable seats for long trips. I like the integration with my iPhone.

Everything went great. They picked me up at the airport. I drove the car and decided to purchase it. They gave me a ride to the bank to get a certified check and the paperwork was done in about an hour. I drove the car home and received the title in the mail in about a week. No problems with anything. When I’m ready to trade this one in I’ll head back up and get a newer one.

Exceptional vehicle in the SUV class. We drove the BMW X7, Audi Q7, Volvo XC90 and this GLS 450 just kept blowing them out of the water. The ride is amazing and we feel the comfort level and size is the best

I came in at 530 they close at 6 as I was unaware. yet unbegrudgingly My salesman Devin stayed until 930 and I drove home that night in a new car. its very refreshing to meet people who treat their customers so well this is my third Mercedes but first time purchasing at Feldman's but henceforth will be the only dealership in MN that I will do business withy for the forceable future as well as recommend them and my salesman Devin to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.
