The moment I knew i needed to trade my car in and went online shopping for the best trade in value, they beat everyone. I worked with Gil and he made the shopping part so seamless. He was courteous, had great insight and got me the info on the cars (i was very indecisive) I wanted. When I finally chose one, I was able to get it the next day before noon. He was also very patient with my kid as well (he needs all the patience). Then when we got down to the money part Josh was also amazing! He made it so painless and was very efficient and explained things well. I believe the whole process took maybe an hour and a half. Josh was also a saint in dealing with my energetic kid. Let him use his phone for YouTube kids when I needed mine and made him laugh. He didn't even mind a little drool that got on there. All in all, those men were awesome to work with and would definitely work with them again.

2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. Great out-of-state buying experience with AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West. Nate Stahl, the Sales Manager, spent a tremendous amount of time working directly with me through all the details of the purchase, trade-in, shipping, and paperwork. I’m a very detail-oriented buyer, and Nate was patient and responsive throughout the process and ultimately got everything across the finish line. Vincent Chavez also assisted with the sale and delivery process. The Jeep arrived as promised, and the dealership even FedExed all of the original documents I needed to title and register it in New Jersey overnight. I received everything promptly and was able to complete the process without an issue. Buying a vehicle sight-unseen from across the country takes some trust, and Nate and the team delivered. I’m very happy with the Jeep and would absolutely recommend them.
2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

Great experience!!!! The entire process of sales, delivery, and service was smooth, efficient, and very enjoyable. I cannot say that about most of the car purchase I've had over my lifetime. I'm a very detailed person so I can be a bear to deal with when it comes to large purchases. But everyone at Mercedes Bellevue worked with me through all of my questions and concerns to make me happy. Trenton the sales manager was incredibly communicative, professional, attentive, and worked hard to put my deal together. Lorenzo my sales person made the sales process very easy. Scott in finance was experienced, detailed, and thorough. From my initial contact with the sales team to driving off the lot was very positive. After taking delivery I had some initial concerns about one of the features of the car. The sales team did not hesitate and jumped right into action to get my issue resolved. Jeff the other sales manger was right there to assist in my concern. They put me in a loaner and got my car into service ASAP. Wayne my service advisor was very quick to get me moving. Within a few days they had looked over the issue and had me back in. The master tech Anton took the time to come out, sit down with me, and answer all my questions. In all my years of buying cars and having them serviced I've never had a master tech give so much of his time to just making me reassured. I was a very loyal BMW buyer for many years but the overall experience at Mercedes of Bellevue was best I've ever had. The fact that I was treated warmly and professionally from all departments in the dealership usually mean they have a very strong culture of treating their customers well. In my experience that is hard to find in a dealership. I will definitely be purchasing my next car from them.

2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

I purchased a used 2017 Mercedes SLC300 from this dealership. The salesperson Ashley has been very supportive through the sales process - no rush, and fair representation to her management on our asks (1 tire was bad, seat scruffs and headlight dull). Upon purchase and drive back the car had serious vibrations at low speeds on the passenger front. Next day took the car to a Mercedes specialist and found the wheel was bent. Not sure how did their famed pre-sales multipoint check missed it. When I reported the issue, the service manager Robert was quite rude - asking why didn't you notice it in test ride. Later a tire change resolved it as per service; but bent wheel wasn't fixed. But for that joker Robert, I would definitely deal with AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. Plus a big question mark on their multipoint inspection. Please get an independent inspection done before you buy here.

Autonation Hyundai Savannah review
My sales person, Justin Peters, was amazing!!! I went to several dealerships and test drove various vehicles and had awful experiences at each one. Nice salespeople, but pushy managers trying to get me to buy that day (and being kinda rude about it) made me feel uncomfortable and not willing to spend my money at their dealerships. Not Justin though! Justin and his manager Felicia were top notch and not pushy or sales-y at all! Justin was so kind, clear and concise with his information and help. He answered all my questions patiently and did not rush me in my test drive or the purchase process. I asked not to receive phone calls, only texts, and both Justin and Felicia honored that. I felt very seen and heard in my car buying needs which is why I ultimately went back to Hyundai AutoNation and purchased my new SUV. The purchase process took some time (if you think you will be in and out in 30 minutes, you are just kidding yourself) but I was so happy to drive away in my new car. Even after the purchase, Justin checked up with me in a kind and respectful way. I honestly would recommend him and Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I have test drive the range rover the X7 and I find this is the best for me , it has the room and comfort plus all the safety plenty of power too with a good mileage for a car this size .
