It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

So grateful that we came across the Mercedes-Benz of San Jose! I got a flat tire in my tire on my GLC and was desperate for a fix since I had work the next day. They were able to book us in and Joshua Delgado was our service advisor, he was friendly and gave us all our wheel options and was very communicative while we waited. Their lobby had a great coffee machine while we waited for our vehicle and car came our nice and clean as they do a complimentary vacuum and wash when they finish their service. 10/10 would recommend this location! I've tried other wheel shops and their service was above and beyond!

MBZ S-class always 5 ***** vehicle. The most luxurious , comfortable, car I ever drove . I highly recommend it . My old Mercedes S-class has 200,000 miles and not a single problem.

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

My new S-580 e has been nothing but spectacular in terms of its design, comfort and driving experience. It is probably the quietest car I have ever owned and there is no hesitation when accelerating from a stop or driving up a steep hill! Also, as a "e" model, it also operates in either full electric, hybrid or gas only modes, so the range is great!

I got a 2019 model x from this dealership about a year ago. I’m extremely happy with my experience there and with the car. We went back and the owner helped us finance our leased Cadillac with our own credit union without charging us anything extra. Truly amazing people. Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Yes ok talk is cheap ...bla blah ...Mercedes is Awesome...but whomever buys this vehicle I suggest you put aside 5k for the 50k mile ...maintenance requirement ...the dealer will not tell you that ...

After submitting an inquiry about a vehicle that I had interest in buying; I was almost immediately contacted by Austin with internet sales. Austin was very personable and helpful in answering all of my questions about the vehicle. The following morning he called me and assisted me with scheduling an appointment to test drive the vehicle. The purchasing process was seamless from there on?Upon entering the building; I was promptly greeted by the manager and received by Jeorge shortly thereafter; who arranged my test drive with his assistant. She was very polite and had a well thought out route for the drive. Everyone was very friendly and I didn?t feel pressured to make a purchase. I especially enjoyed how much each person were knowledgeable about whatever there area of specialty was and they explained everything in great detail. After completing the necessary steps my car was delivered with a full tank of gas and a fresh freshly detailed. In trading in my 2019 s560e for the 2023 s580e. This is a unique vehicle and the use case for it is unusual - as the battery in the 2019 only had 19 miles of charge but, over the 3 years I had it averaged around 60 mpg. I didn't have any appreciable issues with it, but didn't drive it much - under 5000 miles a year, it was not my only vehicle and I work from home. The 2023 is far superior in interior comfort vs it's predecessor. I don't like the grill and lights as much, but the ride comfort power, and efficiency of the power plants are amazing. In my first 500 miles - averaging over 130mpg. The battery is 60 miles - give or take. Now, unless you have a charger at home, or home and work, that are free to use or truly inexpensive - this is where you can shellacked. Charging stations are a huge rip off -- they are so expensive - when you do the math, the same amount of fuel to get the same number of miles is equal to near $20 a gallon, if my math is correct - and it is. So, long distance in this car - isn't practical at all. It's for around town - small commute - less than 50 miles EACH way, again if you have charging at home and you have solar to produce your own electricity, or the cost is way higher than gas. This car is a very unique use case.... and if you aren't this use case - the car isn't practical. But, it sure does ride nice and the interior is off the hook, mine is fully loaded - and that says alot for an S class.

Car is great. Dealer not knowledgeable. My wife is about 5 ft tall. They (the dealer) could not get it so that she could see the heads-up display. Suggested using a cushion, or possible raising the seat with spacers -- but they (Mercedes) couldn't do that. Finally a friend was able to get it set up. Three people in the dealership couldn't even get the rear cup holder to come out -- that was due to some bad Mercedes design. After we got the car, we recieved som messages from Mercedes about the car and the financing -- all came in German! These are all small nuances that we can overcome. One positive thing about the buying experience is that I knew the exact options I wanted and was prepared to order (and possibly wait for months) to get it. They found one a few hundred miles away and had it it 2 days! Very impressive. The car we love.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

This dealership is comprised of a very accommodating, professional staff. Ali handled my transaction and performed services far beyond the average salesman duties. Linda handled the paper work which was very complicated due to my being a 100% disabled vet and entitled to special plates This is the first dealership I have encountered who knew how to process the asinine, paper work required by the DMV,[ dept. of mutual vilification ].

Car is very reliable and have driven it on long trips. in the last few years mostly local driving. Its and expensive car and you really purchase It for its contort and safety. Service has been pretty good i have owned six Mercedes over the years

BEST CAR WHAT WE HAD !!! It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch.

recently just bought a super low mileage 2006 S430 California one owner car, that had been pampered and garaged. Beautiful flawless interior, gorgeous exterior with AMG sport package and new tires. Car had around 87000 miles on it, so I didn't squabble over 10k price, it also had new tires. I own another 2009 S550 but couldn't resist buying this one as it was last year of the body style and this one had wonderful service records. Engine shifts perfectly, AC blows cold, fresh oil change, it is a really great car for the money and you simply cannot buy a car of this high quality for this amount of money.

I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.
