We were in the market for what would be our 4th Mini vehicle and checked two other dealers in the Chicagoland area. A blind email to Mini of Chicago set us up with Ric Tryce, and we could not be happier with our experience. Ric was very friendly and VERY knowledgeable about the entire Mini line and was great to work with. He was quick to answer all of our questions and would not give an answer without knowing the right one first. The entire dealership was friendly and welcoming. This dealership "gets" what it is to own and drive a Mini. We also had new accessories installed on our vehicle and service department was great and easy to work with. Mini of Chicago is our new Mini dealership of choice!
I contacted Mini of Chicago about a used 2015 Cooper S that had the rare combination of colors/features that I'd been searching for from Mini dealerships as far away as CA (I'm in AL). Alex S. responded to my request for information about the car. He was very helpful, and he made my crazy idea to purchase a car sight unseen seem normal. The paperwork was promptly overnighted, and the car was shipped directly to my home in AL in perfect condition. Thank you, Alex!
Mitch at Bill Jacobs is the best. He went above and beyond to help me get my beloved Mini back on the road again. I am so impressed with the quality of service which Bill Jacobs provides. I am especially appreciated of how dedicated Mitch is on providing the best service possible. I can't think Mitch and Bill Jacobs enough. I had a great experience. Aldo was my service advisor. He took me to the technician to be sure we fixed the root of my Mini’s problem. He also set me up with a loaner vehicle to make the repair as seamless as possible. I will definitely be coming back the next time my car needs work.
The driver came and hiked my car back to Naperville on Tuesday. It was repaired and ready when I drove in on Thursday. The new windshield was perfectly installed and other issues resolved quickly. Mitch Shefveland is one of the most amazing service reps you have! At any dealer! (I used to go to the St. Louis area, no comparison.) He keeps an eye out for upcoming issues and we resolve them as needed when I am in Naperville. Since I am 2.5 hours away, this is important to me.
Taking my car to Bill Jacobs is always a pleasant experience. Mitch, my Service Advisor, is kind and respectful. He has gotten to know and always asks about the family. He keeps me informed. He will always go to bat for me to do the best he can for my car. He even calls her by her name, “Dory” ! You are great at what you do, Mitch!
