I've been a patron of Mini of Towson since 2001. I bought my first Min (of six) from them, and the reason is simple: the people. Yes, I love my Mini, but this dealership is such an extraordinary enterprise. Alan Rolocut in particular and his peers are the best I've ever seen. You feel like their ONLY customer, and the follow-through is fantastic .

The customer service we received during our purchase of a used 2023 Mini from Mike Edwards at Towson Mini was incredible. My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology.
