i contacted Ferguson Subaru/Superstore after seeing a vehicle on line. The internet sales person was friendly, stayed in contact with me and an in store sales associate was assigned. Juan, the sale associate, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in my decision to purchase the vehicle. I would recommend this company. There were no unexpected issues, no hidden fees, no requirement to finance to get the advertised price.

Great dealership experience. I came in expecting disappointment due to my situation. Upside down, low credit and low down payment and they were able to hook me up with a deal, I am still shocked. DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

From the moment I pulled up, I received great customer service. When I pulled in the garage area, Hunter was there to greet meet me. He told me that Service Advisor, Tim was expecting me. Tim had a high level of energy and explained what to expect during my (1st) visit. I was impressed that he escorted me to the waiting area, instead of just pointing in the general direction. He mentioned what refreshments were available and to make myself comfortable. At some point I took a walk around outside to look at the new vehicles. That's where I met Marcus. Marcus was professional and personable and you could hear in his conversation that he loved his job and the people that he get to interact with daily. I appreciate not having a lengthy wait to get my car serviced and the complimentary car wash made my day!

I purchased my pre-owned Mini at MINI of Allentown 10 years ago and have taken my car there for service, exclusively, ever since--traveling one hour each way. Their quality of service is outstanding and worth the drive. I won't go anywhere else.

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. MINI of Allentown is a great place to purchase a vehicle and have it serviced! I love my 2024 MINI Convertible and was very happy with the last routine service appt and minor warranty repair. They provided a great place to work while I waited as well as a full video of the inspection. It was easy to order additional customizations for my MINI and have them installed.
