The salesperson, Zoe, was great and took time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. It was also nice talking to and dealing with the Sales Manager and closing the purchase with the Business Manager. The only thing that I would have like to have seen was for the dealership to have examined my trade in vehicle in more detail before finalizing a value. I believe the final value(sight unseen) was underestimated because it was considerably less than the Kelly Blue Book price but I accepted the price to close the deal.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Yes, I love my Mini, but this dealership is such an extraordinary enterprise. Alan Rolocut in particular and his peers are the best I've ever seen. After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.
