Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

I love my Mitsubishi Outlander, it has been one of my favorite vehicles! I have driven cross country, it drives well in the snow, up and down the hills of Wyoming County! I am really upset they have been discontinued because I had planned to buy a new one this summer!

I have owned this car since late 2017 and aside from standard maintenance, I haven’t had to do anything to this vehicle. Admittedly, I don’t drive much (I have about 41k on this car) but it’s reliability, style and safety rating made this choice easy for me. Not much room when the third row is in use but I have only used the third row one time. This hauls well (we have a hitch and a small 10ft garden trailer. I also own a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that we purchased for my MIL. She loves her vehicle as well.

Never thought I would buy a Mitsubishi, but am really impressed with it. Has a lot of options of a more expensive car. I have owned 6 Hyundai, but should have looked up Mitsubishi first.

Purchased a 2021 Passat from Autonation USA Wesley Chapel. It had some mechanical issues. This dealership is amazing. They fixed everything and even gave me us a loner to use for the 2 weeks they had the car. Jason, Alex, Nate, Ramone, and Patrick are excellent.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!

Was in an accident that totalled my vehicle. Went to Level up auto sales and they set us up with a newer and nicer vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. They genuinely care about their customers. We will be getting our next vehicle through them!

Bought a car on Wednesday night noticed the brake light was out. Told me to bring it back on Monday and they would take care of it. Did the oh I am in a cabin filter and even filled it up. Will shop again.

Recently bought a Jeep Renegade, very laid back, Adam and the other extremely nice staff, very attentive,helpful, always returned calls, answered the phone, no hassles, They actually care about their “Customers “ not like the Bigger Dealers, which blow you off, I’m in Mentor,which is quite a drive to Orwell, But it was worth it, ( Even won a 100$ on the Big Wheel show Case Showdown!) I've gotten a few vehicles from this lot over the years and my expirence has always been amazing! They have a low/no pressure sales style that I love. They didn't hound me or follow me around but were very helpful when I did want assistance. My van was a great buy and they've helped me in so many ways! I appreciated all the extra work they put in.
