Jeff is an exception to the car purching Salesperson, very patient, knowledgeable of his various models and goes beyond customer satisfaction in all aspects customer service. I've been a Mitsubishi owner for 8 different purchases and I must say after finding this dealership and my New Sales consultant I will be referring them to my family and friends as a No Gimmick No pressure Real type of car buying experience. NEW CAR PURCHASE: Tim Moats was excellent to work with. He was recommended by a friend. I called on Tuesday and discussed what we wanted to purchase and ask if we could schedule an appointment to meet on Wednesday. Tim was scheduled off the Wed before Thanksgiving but came in to meet us. He was excellent thru the entire deal. The evening of delivery he took time with my husband to review all the options, paired his phone, explained each feature in detail and filled vehicle with gas (38 gallon tank!). Picked up on a Thursday and he called on Saturday to see if we had any questions or concerns. This is our 6th Toyota and Tim made vehicle purchase one of the best.
Tom Hodges is a reputable dealership with excellent customer service. My significant other and I had originally gone in to purchase a used vehicle. As many people know, a car is a huge investment. We had done our homework, and had aimed to leave that day with a used vehicle, 60k in mileage and an average warranty. Instead, we left with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. We couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase - they had parts on order for what we wanted added, suggested dinner in-between as we waited for the financial paperwork to be processed, and even stayed far past closing to ensure we left that night in our new vehicle. Pat and Jeremiah were excellent to work with on financing, Dallas was a knowledgeable and friendly sales representative and Tom truly sealed the deal for the whole experience. Not many owners would be there well into the evening to ensure we had the best experience possible. There is no question as to why this dealership has grown into what it is today. Thankful and will be sure to send customers their way.
First class geoup at T. Hodges. To start I sent an email requesting info. andd received immediate responses. They also folowd up with a phone call. When I arrived I was greeted immediately with professional friendly staff. The dealership is beautiful, clean, and had that relaxed home town feel. The process was smooth and they were very willing to work with me on terms and pricing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will be coming back to R. Hodges in the future.
We purchased a used Mitsubishi Mirage for our daughter. The process was the easiest I have ever been through buying a car. We had some issues with insurance which caused us to have to redo all of the paperwork later in the day. They were willing to help us out with this issue and it was amazing. I definitely will return when in need of my next vehicle!
I have now been involved in buying two cars from David, one for my fiance and one for myself. On both occasions, he has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. It???s never felt like he was just trying to close a deal, he is always interested in our lives and getting us in a car that fits the mold. When I went in recently, it was after totalling my car that I loved, just 11 weeks after giving birth. Every person I spoke to, not just David, made sure that they asked me how I was doing after the accident, and wanted to know what they could do for me to make me feel safe going out on the road with my baby girl. They were also incredibly helpful in settling my gap insurance so that I could afford the new car as well. I have told everyone I know about my experience at Ricart, and will continue to do so.
I walked into this dealership to really only talk numbers on a vehicle that I was interested in. Sales consultant Max and his team made sure to really work with me and get the car at the best price, and they did! I left the dealership very satisfied because I didn't expect to leave with the car so fast. Everyone at Biggers Mitsubishi was very polite and friendly, great people! I would definitely come back to this location for any future purchases.

James Rule was amazing it was like he knew what I needed before I did. I am not an easy person to please but this guy made the buying process so easy and relaxing it was more like setting down with somebody I have know my whole life. If I didn't leave with a brand new car I wouldn't of even known I was car shopping.
As an airman in a new area, and a kid right out of High School, this dealership and Mr. Doyle were SUPER helpful. They were very honest with me and had patience with me being far away and taking some time to close the deal. Mr. Doyle was very responsive to texts and calls and went above and beyond multiple times to get more info and pictures of the car for me. I couldn???t be happier with my first car buying experience.
Jason Bonnell is excellent..highly recommend. I totaled my car and was on a strict budget and was also unable to walk do to accident and they were very helpful. I even got chauffeured home since I am still unable to drive. Very nice!!!
I was in search of a new car but not sure what kind of car I was in search for. Brenden really helped me out with finding a car that would fit me, and the needs that I supplied him with. He was very personable, and quite funny. Overall great experience with Brenden.
I am so glad I took it to Mitsubishi. It was going to cost me 400 for 2 new lights but was only charged 40.00 because they actually checked the one i already had and found they were still goid. They had juat been put in wrong in wrong. So..thank you so much service dept. And Monica for keeping me informed
