This was my first time buying a car, and I have to say I felt very comfortable and at home at Dow Autoplex. From the second I walked in the door the service was great. I bought my car here in 2021. Danny was a nonpressure saleman and helped me get the car i really wanted. Dow in Mineola is the best car repair/maintenance experience I have ever had and on multiple occasions. As a single lady, I have often been taken advantage of at car repair shops and spoken down to. Even though I moved over an hour away, I continue to return to Dow in Mineola because they are helpful, resonable, and talk to me in a respectful way. I never feel like someone is just trying to upset me or get me to do unnecessary things.

Will is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sales. He was friendly and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with my "new to me" truck. I will someday by a New Truck from Will. Thank you for being so helpful!

James Wilson provided me the best buying experience that I have ever had. I have been buying vehicles since I was 18 years old. I have never had a sales person treat me as well as James. I highly recommend him to sell to anyone. I felt relaxed the whole time I was there. I am now 74.

I have worked with this dealership multiple times from 2020 to 2022, each time they have been willing to help with no issues, I am a extremely picky customer, I tend to search the inventory of every dealership within 100 miles of me looking for the best deals, then I make a detailed list of vehicles that meet what I want/need and speak with each dealership about the different fees and rates for the vehicles I like to make sure I get the best deal. each time I visited Toliver Dodge in Mineola they have been more than willing to help, if they don't have what I'm looking for vs my budget, or they are unable to match trade in value of another dealership they have been honest enough to tell me up front, only issue I ever had from them was their detail service, but I had tan cloth seats in a car with 2 young children that hadn't been detailed in 3 years, so I couldn't really blame them there. I bought a truck from them back in 2020, and never had a single issue with it. They never hounded me upfront with the typical prying dealership questions "do you have a trade", "how much are you looking to pay per month", etc. Instead they let you set the pace for the buying process, at a pace that's comfortable for you. They didn't try to squeeze me in to something above my price range, they never tried to upsell me on stuff I don't need, very easy to work with and very friendly staff. That being said, they are still a dealership, and they still need to turn a profit, and you should never go into ANY dealership without being prepared, but i've worked with over 20 dealerships the past 2 years and Toliver Dodge of Mineola definitely places in the top 3.

We recently bought a 2024 Dodge RAM truck from Toliver Dodge/Jeep and didnt notice an error in the selling price of the vehicle until we got home and looked at the papers more carefully. When we brought this to their attention they agreed and reimbursed us for the discrepancy. We want to thank Toliver for their integrity and positive response.
