When I first drove this truck I fell in love with it. I am recommending this truck to everyone I know. It’s got great power and it is comfortable. It rides surprisingly smooth.

Mike was the salesman we worked with. We really liked working with him. However we didn?t like the experience of working with the finance guy. I can?t remember his name. I am sure he was doing what he was trained, like push the add ons Marthaler sells. The experience makes me question how much the dealership gets if you find people financing. We felt that he made comments indicating the GM financing wasn?t a good deal. We will come back when we are looking next time, but if it is the same kind of financing experience I would walk away from the deal.

Lucas was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He was very patient with us as we made our decision on what model vehicle fit our needs. He picked up on how we tend to keep vehicle for a number of years and shared with us the manufacturers warranty and extended warranty along with protective application to take care of the outside and interior of the vehicle. He took the time to show us around the showroom and introduced us to the service department if warranty or service work is needed. When the sale was complete he went through the vehicle demonstrating and having us demonstrate the various features of the vehicle. So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Oil change & tire rotation done as expected and in a timely manner
