Ed went out of his way to make sure we were very happy with the car. Everything was done exactly as they said and delivered on time. We could not be happier with the way they handled the car buying experience. This is a great dealer, with no pressure to buy.
There is no other word to describe Premier Auto than amazing! I am a graduate student that commutes from KC to KU everyday. When my car broke down beyond repair I was having a TERRIBLE time finding a car in my budget that fit my needs.
I went to Premier Auto to look at one car that I didn't end up liking but Ryan assured me that he could find me something that I did like and about a week later I found my perfect car! I looked at a handful of cars that Ryan had in the process and did not once feel pressured to buy one or feel like the staff was annoyed by me.
Both Ryan and Chad were great to work with! They listened to what I needed and was always understanding about my situation of trying to find a quality car on a students budget. I seriously can not say enough good things about this place! You would be doing yourself a disservice by not paying them a visit!

We enjoyed our experience at Carter Car Co. and would not hesitate to recommended this business to anyone looking for a greater car. The staff are in a class by themselves when it comes to making the buying process effortless.
We felt like we became friends with the owner and his wife during the afternoon we purchased our car, and will be letting everyone we know in search of a quality car for a fair price.
Polo met me at the door on a cold day. I was after a specific car and he answered all my questions and made it very comfortable to ask all sorts of questions.
I had to transfer some funds and they were very accommodating to wait the two days needed for an electronic transfer of funds.
When picking up the car, Polo went over the extremely large check of the car and they replaced brake pads and repaired rotors. What a relief.
Polo, and others, made the experience of buying a used car a breeze.

My husband graciously came here to buy me a new vechicle now that we’re expecting a little one. He managed to buy the exact car I want at a lower price while trading in his car (that was far too small for a car seat and baby accessories!) The service dept is awesome! They put a new A/C compressor and orifice tube in my car. It is a 1991 so they had problems making it work. So they took it to Doug Rhichert and their mechanics had to reprogram thw computer. That fixed it! See they go the extra mile for you! They are incredible!
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!

Purchased a Honda Odyssey from Hendrick Nissan. It was exactly what I had been searching for and they had it for a fair price. The sales department was top notch.
Had an issue with the service department after my 100K mile maintenance when my serpentine belt failed only 4 months after being replaced. I contacted owner loyalty and my concerns were relayed to the general manager who then contacted me directly. He listened to my concerns, took the time to acknowledge responsibility and did everything to make it right.
I am happy to say I am a satisfied customer.
