I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I hope my next car purchasing experience is with her.
Went in to find a car and Gil came out and helped me right away. Gil was very kind and helpful- Highly recommend!! He was patient when I was trying to figure out what type of car I was wanting and also test driving multiple vehicles. He knew his stuff but never felt pressured.
Slavic was a very friendly face to see when I came in. He was very informative and took his time to walked me through the details of the car. He noticed that I was cold and offered me coffee which was very mindful. His personality is simply magnetic! Last but not least, the restroom were clean which was a great plus.
I???m the midst of mourning my Wrangler, I called AC Motors asking about a new Jeep at their Bloomington location. I spoke with Mike. In spite of my sour attitude, he was easy going and kind. I had a no hassle test drive and was not pressured to buy. When I expressed interest in a more expensive model, Mike explained that spending less was the smarter choice. When I decided to go with the purchase 48 hours later, the buying experience was positive and painless. I was offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade. The financing person was easy to work with and put me at ease. My credit is not awesome (thank you ex wife) and they found me a good rate. The entire event took less than an hour. I waited a month before writing this review to ensure the vehicle was sound. A buyer should feel good about working with AC Motors. Talk to Mike.

Although we bought a different brand car we really like the atmosphere and the friendly people .

Everyone at the dealership is very considerate of your time and they have always had everything ready to go for me when I come in to pick up my new lease. That is much appreciated, and makes it well worth the 2.5 hour drive from Duluth. Dealership is very responsive to questions as well. Great place to do business, looking forward to working with them again in 3 years!
For a few weeks my car started to move left and right upon acceleration. I looked online to see what the possible causes could be and found out it could be due to multple issues from tire pressure to alignment to wheel bearings. So I scheduled and appointment and took it in for a diagnostic test at the dealer in the morning. There was a fee for the diagnostic test then labor and parts if needed but it had to be done so i accepted. An alignment check showed both wheels moving in opposte directions and a technician needed to inspect it further. I had planned to wait for the repair but it was a busy day at the dealer and they decided to provide me with a car for the day free of charge. In the afternoon I was informed that it was a control bar that needed to be replaced but had to be ordered in and would not arrive till the next day. I was able to keep the loaner car over night so that helped. I was a little concerned about the repair bill but it had to be done. Some how the repair gods heard mr concerns. The next day i was so relieved to hear that the part and repair costs were covered under warranty. Luther Nissan was very professional and honest with the whole service process. I was reassured of my decision to choose them over another Nissan dealer.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. I have appointment for service. Stood and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to approach or help me but nobody came. Two staff was there by the computer. I tried to talked to one n i have to say excuse me twice before he even answer and look at me. He said that someone will come and talk to me when someone is available. A few minutes later same person I talked to approach me and asked what he can do for me. Didn't even say hi. After my service is done he said your air filter is dirty n hand me my keys n left. Didn't even tell me where my car is n i have to look for it. Very bad customer service. Unbelievable.
We bought a used car for my son. We had a few issues with getting the car but Morries's Nissan handled it well! They bent over backwards with helping us out..our salesman Jason even came in on his day off and the service manager Jermery was awesome also. We are very pleased and happy with Morries!!
