Went in to find a car and Gil came out and helped me right away. Gil was very kind and helpful- Highly recommend!! He was patient when I was trying to figure out what type of car I was wanting and also test driving multiple vehicles. He knew his stuff but never felt pressured.
I come from the era of the dreaded pressure cars salesmen. Not at Walser Nissan in Burnsville. Narin and his manager Dan Ganzer went above and beyond to get me the 2017 Murano that I wanted. I know a lot of effort was put into getting me the vehicle in record time. I filled out the easy credit application online and submitted it and got a great interest rate, along with the pricing of the vehicle which is loaded. My husband and I drove down to Burnsville from Rogers and were very impressed by the Burnsville Walser dealership. We were greeted outside by some very friendly respectful young sales reps. When we walked in we were not immediately pounced on. We were directed to Narin's table. Dan came over to introduce himself and make us feel comfortable, then we sat down with Narin and were treated very respectfully, not like "old" foggies who didn't know what they were doing. Narin guided us through all of the signatures and explained things in a very casual informative manner. WOW. Took about 45 minutes from the time we got there to the time we walked out of the dealership, the owners of the vehicle of our dreams. Narin didn't stop there he helped us set up our phones and showed us the majority of the features. My husband drove the Murano home and I followed and it was a blast to watch him enjoy our new toy. Narin already called today to see how we were doing. We have no buyers remorse, a new experience for us. Needless to say we are very satisfied customers!! When we get a new vehicle in the years to come we will probably head back to this dealership and know that we will be treated fair and square. Thanks to all involved, much appreciated. Just bought a used 2014 Nissan Armada from Walser Nissan in Burnsville. Excellent experience, in no small part due to the personable, professional and friendly sales rep Andrew Cassada. Enjoyable experience all around.
We purchased a 2016 Murano in January, and their up front pricing was misleading at best. The price dropped while talking with the salesman, only to rise again because they forgot to tell us a key fob was missing, and that would cost $200.00. Our low mileage (33k) Honda trade in was also low balled. Love our Nissan, not so much this dealer.
I found the car that i wanted and did all of the paperwork to buy the car with me doing my own financing through my credit union. The deal in order to take delivery of the car they asked me to write out a check that they told me they would hold until the check arrived from the credit union (I was preapproved with the letter from the credit union stating this). this was Friday on Tuesday the check from the Credit Union arrived at the dealership and was signed for by their personnel and the same day they Deposited the check i wrote and cashed the check from the credit union. well i do not keep 13K in my checking account so needless to say the check was returned and i incurred an overdraft charge from my bank. I contacted my sales person and he said that they would make sure that i was reimbursed for their mistake i've contacted 2x and keep getting the same thing "yes we will reimburse you for that". its been over a month now and still have not seen a reimbursement check for 37.00 for the overdraft that was entirely their fault. so if doing your own financing beware of giving a check to cover the vehicle.
the buying process went great and the sales people were very friendly and they were even able to deliver my car to my home for me. I've bought 4 vehicles from walser automotive and this is the first problem that i have ever had with them. guess i might be looking at a different dealer if they can't follow through on what they say there going to do!!
Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
