After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
I made a mistake! We bought the first used car this year NOT from Select Auto! We did buy the second used car at Select Auto. This car was a 2016 Nissan Altima with low mileage at a great price. The car was loaded with options and cost was less than then the new Nissan Altima we purchased in 2016. We have driven the car now for several weeks and the performance is great without any maintenance issues as advertised by Select Auto. I would recommend them to my family and friends as they delivered to use as advertised....great auto with low one owner mileage at very competitive pricing!
My family and I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Quest from Audi of Lexington. We were very impressed by the high quality of customer service. Our salesperson, McCall Davis, was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that our experience was as smooth and positive as possible. Everyone we encountered was good-natured and treated me, and my family, very well. They even have a play-area for children, a most welcome amenity for us since we were car shopping with our family in tow. All in all, we drove off the lot feeling appreciated and most of all happy with our new vehicle.
