Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!
I came in because it was finally time to upgrade to a newer car. Ruben sat me down and showed me my options and was very patient and listened to all of my needs. He got me into a used car that is practically brand new! thank you thank you to the sales staff at Windsor Nissan for all of your help!! I LOVE MY NEW CAR
I have to say it is one thing to expect good customer service, but to actually receive it from start to finish when doing anything in 2018 is extremely rare to come across anymore. After entering the dealership I headed towards the customer service desk and looked over and met an associate named Fabian, after greeted with a smile and a how can I assist you, I shortly realized that he was not a sales person, but he immediately set myself up with Robert (Rob) to be assisted. I sat down, told Rob exactly what I was looking for and he complelty came through without hesitation. He set my trade-in up immediately with the previously owned manager to be able to give me a fare trade in on my current car. Rob had no issues with me wanting to look at multiple different cars. I was not rushed in anyway and was treated with the upmost respect. When I realized that my husband could not be there in time to sign the final papers on my new discovery that day (as we had family coming in and I needed a bigger vehicle right away) without hesitation Rob immediately offered to have the car delivered to my home that evening by himself personally and would bring all the paperwork with so we would have our new SUV that day. If that doesn't scream above and beyond excellent customer service I dont know what does. A huge thank you to Rob for his outstanding work and every single associate that I came into contact with. Even the associate that worked in the service department that was going to get the SUV cleaned and gassed was extremely polite . Thanks again Monmouth Landrover Dealership
This is the best dealership i have dealt with in my lifetime. I was there for service appointments several times. They are very courteous and quick. They answer all questions and get work done on schedule. My dealings with Chris Cicardo in parts division and Eileen Cortese in service were professional and courteous. They are definitely an asset to Pine Belt staff. Would highly recommend this dealership from sales to service.
We recently went to Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River to get my husband a new car. He was unhappy with his 2014 Pathfunder he purchased from another dealership. Chris Cirillo at Pine Belt listened to our situation and immediately assured us he could help us. Not once did Chris pressure is into more than we wanted. Our time at the dealership was quick and to the point. There were no games. They had a great inventory selection. I can't give enough positive feedback! Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River is fantastic!

I read review of DCH Freehold Nissan on this website and decided to drive all the way from Piscataway, about 30 miles, to buy a new car. The long trip was every bit worth it. I had an excellent, and I should say, a very unusual experience. Unusual because this experience was unlike any other I have had at other dealers. I felt no pressure to close the deal, no haggling over price and everyone in the dealership was very courteous and professional. My salesman was Mark Weber, who I think is the nicest and most professional of salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a very courteous and calm manner. He did not rush me into making my decision and let me take time with all the details. I bought my car because of him. Thanks Mark for a great car buying experience. I have given this dealer the highest rating particularly for a great car buying experience. Thanks.
George B was my sales representative who provided me with excellent customer service in selecting my new vehicle. He made the trade-in process and financing very easy for me. I appreciate all his great work and I am very happy with choosing your dealership.
I've told my self and others for years; If buying a used car, go nowhere else. However, I still fell victim to advertising and I went to another dealership just to find myself right back to AutoLenders and purchased my third car from them.
Great customer service and friendly employees. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. I will continue to service my vehicle here and would recommend others to have their vehicles serviced there as well.

He made my process smooth and willing gave his time and patience to work with me on finding the car to fit me and my finical needs. Just want to thank John the finance manager and Chris the lease manager for all there help in my husband buying a car..They both are excellent and really took the time to get the best deal for my husband..
