After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
The overall experience at Don Franklin Nissan was excellent. I purchased a new 2017 Nissan Murano and I could not be happier with the excellent service and the overall buying experience at this dealership. The sales associate you helped me was Greg and he was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through the same day. I would highly recommend Greg and Don Franklin Nissan to all!!!!
We just bought a 2017 Nissan Rouge from Don Franklin. This was one of the best car buying experiences we ever had. Mark Watson was great. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us to something we didn't want. There was no going back and forth with the price or our trade-in. I would recommend Don Franklin to everyone.

We were looking to purchase one vehicle only and instead left with two! Everyone was so patient with me and my family, I had my kids with me and Chris Walls was so patient and understanding. Customer service is beyond expectations and everyone went an extra mile to keep my us satisfied. Right from the beginning, Chris worked with our price range and was very patient bringing us cars to try so our kids (yong kids) wouldn't have to walk. He was able to get us two cars with a trade in that we owed money to within our price range. We were shocked when he said it was a done deal! There's a room in the back with drinks , food and games for kids and after purchasing two brand new vehicles and trading one in it was a much thanked feature of the dealer. Chris walls was able to make a great business for us and we are so happy!!! Thank you Chris !! I just leased my second vehicle at this lot yesterday, and let me tell you, everyone here is awesome! Larry Rose, Kameron Huffman, and Rocky Ram are all THE BEST and each one of them went above and beyond, and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with every detail of my lease. The experience was great for our family. The sales staff was very helpful and got us into the car we were looking for. Service was friendly and communication through email, texts and calls were within range of we Louisville buyers.

Gates Nissan Service personal always give me the Best Experience for the last 5 years. I chose to buy my car here because of the excellent service I had received on my previous car from them. They are thoughtful of my needs and time. Always courteous and respectful. They know my car and they know me!
