My mom and I where at this dealership on 10/25/2016. I can't state how great the customer service was. I dealt with Earl Nymeyer, who was not pushy or trying to get a sale. This person was very thorough and knew his products. He was willing to take the time to go over everything with me, and explain how each of the electronics work in the car. I went to this dealership and him about 3 times before I made a final decision on a 2016 Kia Optima. I had started my search of the summer of this year and did not made a final decision on a car until the week of 10/24/16. to 10/25/16 When I had the Kia optima on my final cut of list of cars that I was considering, my mom had made a call to this dealership and him to get a quote on how much the car would be a month. He had run the numbers and call us back and also e-mail me the information to me as well. Out of about 15-17 dealerships I went to I found this dealership and Earl to be the most outgoing, passionate about there jobs, and caring in which it did not seem to be fake by any means like other dealerships try to give you fake customer service when they are really just went to make a fast sale. Overall, anyone who is considering buying a new car you need to take a look at South-lake auto mall, these are great people and will go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
