I OWN A 2016 MAXIMA SR AND I DRIVE THE HECK OUT OF IT, ONE OF THE BEST CARS I HAVE EVER DRIVEN. IT MAY NOT HAVE THE HORSE POWER, I BELIEVE IT SHOULD HAVE, BUT IT WILL GIVE ANY CAR IN IT`S CLASS A RUN FOR IT`S MONEY. ROAD AND TRACK OR MOTOR TREND SAID IT WAS HARDLEY A 4 DOOR SPORTS CAR, MAYBE NOT BUT IT`S CLOSE. FROM 2016 TO 2023 IN MY OPINION, NISSAN HELD BACK ON THE NISSAN MAXIMA. HORSE POWER SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 350 HORES POWER

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff, no pressure and smooth purchase. I had my car transferred from another CarMax dealer with no problem and they actually transferred two that I was interested in. This was great, as I was torn between the two and was able to test drive both and make a decision. Very happy overall!

Brought home our 2016 Nissan Maxima yesterday. The car is beautiful, inside and out. When you get into it, the quality is clear. Feels luxurious, well made, solid and comfortable. It's fun to drive. This car has all the bells and whistles. The V6 is powerful and sounds great. Great responsive steering and control. Navigation took a little getting used to but works very well. Bose sound system is fantastic. Premium leather stitched seats add a lot of style. Only issue is no Android auto, might modify later. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Vernon, is the only one that I allow to work on my vehicle. He keeps my car in ? tip top shape.? If Mark, Vernon and Ron were not at Anterpen, I would not come anymore. Mark always gives me the best advice for my vehicle?s service.. In my opinion, they are the best in the industry.

Luxurious interior, full of features that look nice. Bose surround sound speakers. Cd, Dvd player. Full parking view camera. Good on fuel economy mileage. These car's have a strong reliable engine. Good value reputation.

I drove over 4 hours to buy my Honda Civic. I was dealing with Mr. Logan. I had a really great experience. They had the car ready for me. They even ordered me jerk chicken and beer. They had the best deal in the nation for a good quality used car I was car shopping for over a year. It was exceptional customer service. Good experience owning this car. It's a nice car that has a good reputation. They are affordable, low cost maintenance. These cars are fun to drive. Decent fuel mileage in town, hwy is better. I'm not a person that is in the habit of leaving reviews. Mainly because the customer service I receive most places isn't worth me taking the time to write a review, but this dealership is the exception in every way. There is no way I could not write a review. This review is a little long but if you're considering purchasing a Nissan you want to read this review. I just purchased a 2022 Nissan Versa from this dealership. It was important to me to purchase the car this weekend because I needed it to travel out of town this coming week. I live in Baltimore MD and originally planned to purchase the car in Baltimore. I had been told by a local Baltimore dealer he would have a Versa on his lot by Friday 3/4/2022. I planned to be there bright and early the morning of the 4th to pick it up. However, the evening of the 3rd, the salesman called to tell me the ETA had changed and it would be another week before the Versa would arrive. I was so disappointed because I could not wait another week, I needed a car now. Plus I was sick of car shopping. I knew what I wanted and I just wanted to buy my car and be done with the whole process! It had taken me a long time to find that car and I knew it wouldn't be easy to find another one that would be available immediately due to the car shortage. And I was right. I couldn't find another Versa in the entire state of MD so I started searching in VA. I called several dealerships in Va, but no one had anything in stock. The earliest ETA I was given was mid April. I was starting to give up hope of finding my car this weekend. Just when I had almost given up hope, I got a call from the Sales Manager Muhammed known as Mo. of Passport Nissan on South Pickett St. Mo told me he had been told by one of his salesmen whose name was also Muhammed that I was looking for a Versa. I said yes I am. He said, well I have one in stock. I said, when you say you have one in stock does that mean its on your lot? He said yes mam I'm looking at it! Then I asked him for an out-the-door-price. The price he gave me was $1400 less that what the dealer in Baltimore was going to sale it to me for! When he gave me the out-the-door price I almost screamed! And when I got off the phone I did scream! I knew I was being ripped off by the Baltimore dealership but I really wanted the car right away so I was willing to pay, but God had other plans! I am a strong woman of faith. I believe God let the ETA change at the Baltimore dealership to lead me to Mo! Mo did not rip me off. He was very honest and fair in his pricing. After he gave me the price I said hold that car don't let go to anyone else and that's exactly what he did! But that's not all he did. When I told him I was traveling from Baltimore to Va by train to pick up the car, he had Muhammed the Salesman drive all the way from the dealership to Union Station in Washington DC to pick me up, IN MY NEW CAR!!!! I was so excited!! Muhammed was very kind. He not only picked me up but let me make a stop on the way back to the dealership. We talked and laughed all the way back. And once I arrived at the dealership I was treated like a queen. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. This dealership is a true example of what it means to not only provide excellent customer service but to also go the extra mile in every way. Honest fair pricing, and excellent customer service! I am so impressed with their service I am considering driving to Virginia to have my car serviced there instead of in Baltimore where I live. If you want a dealership that is honest and fair in pricing and will give you excellent service, I HIGHLY recommend you purchase your vehicle at Passport Nissan 150 S. Pickett St Alexandria Va. Ask for Mo and Mo!!!!! And they have a beautiful sales lady there that is a fashionista!!!

I had a '22 Maxima SV as a rental in South Florida and I feel qualified to write a review as I put 1500 miles on it in the course of 4 days (due to my flight being cancelled I had to drive it back to ATL). As an avid car enthusiast, I was thoroughly impressed with the Maxima. It was reasonably comfortable while still retaining an ounce of athleticism, the 3.5 V6 was super smooth and even made a nice growl upon heavy acceleration, and the CVT isn't actually that bad (works great in stop and go traffic). The SV trim has everything you would want feature wise and the Apple Car Play worked fantastic. I will say the fit and finish is great for a normal car brand, however not the best stacked up to brands such as Lexus, BMW, etc. The adaptive cruise worked pretty decent however after daily driving a Model 3, it would have been nice to have some sort of lane centering feature. I also averaged 28 MPG and I wasn't taking it easy (80 MPH+) which was very impressive. The Maxima is a super solid premium sedan contender, still looks very stylish, has plenty of space, performs well in the city and on the highway, and overall is a super honest car.

My 1st visit since 1979 well I have nothing to say except I found my new dealership. The service writer was fast and got my car in and they repaired it in no time.

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

I have had my 2020 maxima for some months now and I actually love the car. It is a smooth get up and go vehicle. the interior is lovely. The only concerns I am having about the car is that when I have the AC on, its like water is just pouring from underneath the car when I stop, the catylic converters seem to be stopping up because when on the hwy i smell the aweful rotten egg smell. the driver side headlight somehow keeps moisture inside and not sure why this happens but it causes a warning alert that the headlight system error is having and when have headlights on at night, i notice that headlight starts blinking bad. when have the car in reverse, i hear a loud like rubbing noise from the brakes and the rotors get rusted bad. just wandering if anyone else are having these same issues with the 2020 nissan maxima??

I own a 2021 Maxima. It is fun to drive with good power. I like the firm ride which is a definite positive. I dislike soft suspension and the Maxima is good and firm. Drives well on the highway. The seats are very comfortable. The trunk has good room.

I think nissan should recall the paint a 2017 shouldn't be pealing the clear coat or paint. I have seen many with the same issues.

Well deserved all five stars!! Very nice reliable car's. They have a good reputation, strong reliability. Overall it's sporty, mixed with luxury. Performance V6, 300 horsepower. Very impressive for being a sports sedan. Interior design is interesting. Soft leather seats, both are powered. Touch screen stereo, cd , dvd player. Full body view camera. Sport tech button for the performance adjustment. Decent fuel mileage, this car is fun to drive.

Komi was helpful. Decently efficient. Car had engine light on and was turned off and issue not figured out. Could have been broken sensor.

Went to Autoheaven Inc and found my dream car. Got myself a 2017 Dodge Challenger T/A 392. It was the best deal in NOVA. Everything was as advertised, the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. They provided me with a CARFAX report as well as the service records. What I liked about Claudia and the owner that they weren’t pushy like other sales associates at other dealerships. Doing fine at 175k miles this car is a dream. I've been approached for offers to buy it. This car saved our lives in a near head on crash. As a sports car sedan it has lived up to its name. A few fixes, nothing major thus far. I'll be riding in this reliable gem hopefully for years to come.

I had a 2002 Maxima. It made it through me, my daughter then son. I then decided to purchase the 2014 before the new 2016 model came out. What a smart move. I think this is the best model made. CVT is smooth. Its glides at 90 plus miles an hour. It jumps from 75 to 100 when you punch it on the expressway. I sold it to my son.....he is talking about selling it. I am going to buy it back if he does.

The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction

I've own "Maxie" over 8 years. I have had very minor issues considering "her" age. She has a strong engine, silky transmission and is GREAT on gas (still). I just changed the radio (after 22 years) and everything on the inside still works. Cars are not built like this anymore and I'm keeping Maxie until she stops running. I have 193K miles on her and it is now the secondary (weekend) car!
