After several less than good experiences, I switched to another dealership for service. Their performance was worse, so I came back to AutoNation. This recent experience was very good. Fabian was an excellent service rep!

I dealt with Van Horn on an SUV for about a week. The vibe was so good that I ended up driving 900 miles on a Tuesday to make a purchase with them. I have had my 2020 maxima for some months now and I actually love the car. It is a smooth get up and go vehicle. the interior is lovely. The only concerns I am having about the car is that when I have the AC on, its like water is just pouring from underneath the car when I stop, the catylic converters seem to be stopping up because when on the hwy i smell the aweful rotten egg smell. the driver side headlight somehow keeps moisture inside and not sure why this happens but it causes a warning alert that the headlight system error is having and when have headlights on at night, i notice that headlight starts blinking bad. when have the car in reverse, i hear a loud like rubbing noise from the brakes and the rotors get rusted bad. just wandering if anyone else are having these same issues with the 2020 nissan maxima??

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

We have nothing but good things to say about our new Maxima. It seems to be a well built car, not to mention the unbelievable throttle response. Ours is the Platinum edition, but the way it goes through the curves it's easy to forget we're in a 4 dr sedan! Pleasure to drive!

Brought home our 2016 Nissan Maxima yesterday. The car is beautiful, inside and out. When you get into it, the quality is clear. Feels luxurious, well made, solid and comfortable. It's fun to drive. This car has all the bells and whistles. The V6 is powerful and sounds great. Great responsive steering and control. Navigation took a little getting used to but works very well. Bose sound system is fantastic. Premium leather stitched seats add a lot of style. Only issue is no Android auto, might modify later. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I own a 2021 Maxima. It is fun to drive with good power. I like the firm ride which is a definite positive. I dislike soft suspension and the Maxima is good and firm. Drives well on the highway. The seats are very comfortable. The trunk has good room.

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

Fantastic car that is my daily commuter. It's easy going, low cost maintenance up keep. Fun to drive around. They are a stylish car with many nice things about it. Luxurious interior, full of features that look nice. Bose surround sound speakers. Cd, Dvd player. Full parking view camera. Good on fuel economy mileage. These car's have a strong reliable engine. I had owned a MAXIMA in the 80's and when I saw the 2021 model I knew I had to have it! It is so fun to drive and the numerous safety features help keep me focused. Nissan definitely covered all their bases with this one.

I bought a 2018 Maxima SL brand new. Have owned it over 6 years. Very comfortable, fast and fun to drive. Great brakes and safety suite is excellent. Adaptive cruise control has spoiled me. Have had no issues whatsoever with this car. No repairs. Just oil changes (synthetic) and new tires in the 6 years along with air filters.

The post-sale service did not perform a review as stated by the finance department, nor did it deliver the car with a full tank as stated by the finance department.

This car meets all of our needs as it was purchased for my wife as a Birthday Gift. The car has plenty of leg room for the Front Passenger (Me), but not so much for the Driver, and makes the Driver feel closed in as the design of the console hits the Drivers Knee. However, this car has an Exceptional ride, and very comfortable on the road. With that said, the seats are comfortable, and is loaded with lots of technology (too much tech for older citizens). It is well constructed, and is quiet, and smooth seamless shifts.

Got a new car and the service made it really fast and easy! Would recommend!
