On January 3rd I saw a new Nissan Altima on their website for a good price. I used the chat button on the site and the representative told me that the vehicle is available and Glenn will call me soon. Within 5 minutes Glenn Edwards called me and said the car is available and we setup an appointment at 2:15. I walked in the dealership and Glenn welcomed me with the vehicle keys in hand. I test drove the car and he explained the new gadgets to me. After the drive we went back to his office, filled paperwork and negotiated my trade. Everything moved along and we agreed on the price and then I went to Mr. Parra to finish the finance paperwork. While I was signing the paperwork Glenn made sure the car was spotless and the gas tank was full. In less than three hours from the moment I entered the dealership I was driving back home. This was the best buying experience I have ever had and this is my 7th car. Glenn was very helpful, honest and direct. He promised me on the phone that he wouldn't waste my time and I would have a great experience. He did exactly that. I recommend that you contact Glenn and you will have the same experience.

Kristan Johnson is an awesome service person. She's knowledgeable, kind, considerate and always goes above and beyond to make sure you get the service you need. I give her a 10 star rating. After the light, we went to Nissan service to determine the cause of the light. Dale contacted us with a very.detailed list of.things that needed improvement. We reviewed the possibilities and accepted or declined as we were ready to have done at this time. First on the list was the cat. Converter. He found that it was still under warranty so would be done at no charge, Good news! Transmission was the next in need of flushing. This took care of the Check Engine Light & got us back on the road with confidence at a reasonable price & a short time! Thanks for your service!

I purchased a car from them in 2002 and again in 2017. In both cases, Schaumburg Nissan was excellent. Phil Panzarella asked what we were looking for and directed us to the cars that fit our needs. We were able to pick out a car, test drive it and start the purchasing process in about 45 minutes. Phil was nice enough to set up the bluetooth and walk my daughter through the functions on the car. Shoutout to Anthony Miceli and Paul Ketz who were also very helpful. The finance guy was great to but I don't have a card with his name, unfortunately. Easily 5 stars!!!!

Wife had driven to Lubbock from SanAntonio for work when Nissan needed fan replaced. The team there quickly fit her in, got the fan replaced and she made it home with no issues. Son goes to Tech and when he gets the car next semester we’ll be so thankful for the superior service we will know he’ll get should he need it. Thank you all!!

I had seen a car advertised on cars.com from Danville Automall. The pictures and the price got me interested in looking more at this car. I live 250 miles away from the dealership. I contacted the dealership and told them I was interested in trading a car in for the one they had listed but had to drive 8 hours round trip to look at the car. I asked if we could negotiate over the phone to see if we could be close on an agreement understanding it would depend on what both vehicles looked like. The dealership and I reached a tentative agreement that would be based on them looking at my trade in and me looking over the vehicle for sale. Upon arriving at the dealership, the car was as described and the pictures were exactly as the car looked in person. The dealership and I discussed the vehicle and the trade, they reminded me that there is still good honest people in this world. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. They were also able to get my financing where it will pay off earlier than planned when I went and save me 2400 dollars in finance charges over the life of the loan. I plan to keep this dealership on the top of my list for the next time I need another car. Wonderful team!!

This is the first NEW car that I have purchased in 30 years. I was told by a co-worker that this was a great dealership with a lot of inventory to choose from, he was right. AJ was my sales person. He is one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. He asked me what I wanted, listened to me, then said, come lets look at these. He never tried to over sell me. He knew I was no-nonsense and he was a perfect fit for my needs. No pressure, he kept asking me what I wanted. The finance portion was really easy and I loved the sign my desk forms w/ the computer card to take home and not a thousand pieces of paper. Car buying has come a long way, I was in and out without feeling frustrated and drained of my money and soul!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

The weak link in this vehicle is the front end styling. Every other angle of this vehicle is great. This almost keep me from buying it.
