If I could give 100-star review for Tracy, I would!!! I had to get some things done on my Sentra that was covered under warranty, and she provided me a loner car until mine was serviced. She is the BEST and I will only schedule appointments with her. She is what customer service should always be. I have been going here since I bought my first Sentra in 2016 and even though I purchased my new Sentra in Florida I still will only go to Kelly Nissan because of Tracy. Not bad at all in its segment.
I’m driving this car from 2015. It’s been seven years and I did not have any single major issues other than normal maintenance of break pads and tires. Little concern of handling on curves and high speed above 85MPH. Overall its good.
