Great Service from someone who was stranded.

We are from out of town and the transmission went out. Luckily, we were able to get the vehicle to Nissan of Gadsden and they did a great job working with us and repairing the vehicle. Below is an email I sent to the service manager: Hi James, Thank you for the email. I just wanted to let you know that we had a great experience with your service department. Jason Smith was very kind, patient, and helpful, working with us on our repair. We are from Marietta, GA and our daughter and her boyfriend were headed to Horsepens 40 to go climbing and camping on a Saturday evening. The transmission failed and left them stranded just one mile from their campsite. After spending two hours on the side of the road, they were finally able to get a wrecker service to come and take her Xterra to your dealership. We drove the 2-1/2 hours from Marietta to the dealership and picked them up. The after-hours cleaning crew that was there was also very nice and understanding while we off-loaded the vehicle into a parking spot. I talked to Jason the next Monday, took a few days to decide whether I wanted to spend the money on such an old vehicle (2006 with 146,000 miles), and agreed to get the work done on Wednesday. The work was completed by Friday! That is an amazing turn-around time. We spent last Saturday retrieving the Xterra, enjoying seeing the beautiful countryside of east Alabama, and had a great lunch at Pruett's, next door. This was recommended by one of your service guys, and he was spot-on with the recommendation. Your dealership and everyone we encountered in Gadsden, from Tommy the wrecker service guy to the people at Waffle House when we got coffee at 11:00 pm after dropping off the Xterra, were great! I appreciate your part in making what was a bad situation turn into a fond memory.

This is possibly the smoothest car trade and sale I???ve ever done. I spent a few days ahead of time doing a little back and forth with Zach, including a ton of questions. He always responded in a timely manner and was both knowledgeable and courteous. Did the financing paperwork the day before, and came in the next day. The next day was the last Saturday of the month; which is also the busiest time. We showed up at 2:30 and were out the door before 4:30 including the test drive. The sales manager, JR was an hosest businessman when it came to our final deal. Riley made the F&I process as painless as possible and made sure everything was explained thoroughly. Would I recommend the team at Nissan of Gadsden? Without a second thought.

Great drive but s model has No navigation system. Sound sysrem is 15 years behind the times. Can't even load up pictures to the large display screen. Wasted opportunity. Spend the bit extra and get the next trim level up. This is tio little too late.

We first went to Gadsden Nissan because my son saw a used vehicle he wanted. We purchased it through Kenny Ballew. We had service issues and carried the car back, the service department went above and beyond to make us happy thank you Jason! I took my Armada in for service, and was very pleased with the service department. I decided I wanted to downsize from Armada to a Path finder, I sent Kenny a text with requirements. I am very busy, I told Kenny what I wanted in a car, and payment. He went above and beyond to take care of me , texting, emailing and driving to me. I have gone to Anniston to Benton for over 6 years, Kenny gave exceptional service and went beyond the norm to assist me, because of that I will go back and I will send others. This car is a pleasure to drive. It handles very well, the 360 view cameras are hands down one of the best features. I wish it has speakers in the 3rd row. Also, updating the navigation system is not free.
