This vehicle is a pleasure to drive. Very spacious, powerful and reliable. Great for short shopping trips and long haul family getaways. all of my families needs. From towing capacity to seating everyone. This is definitely a great value.

While traveling in our RV, we started having problems with the clutch on our tow vehicle -2010 Nissan Versa. We called and spoke to Ethan George and he said to bring it in and they would analyze the problem. Ethan stayed in touch with us keeping us informed about the work being done and when we could expect the work to be completed. Because we were traveling by RV we were on a tight schedule. Ethan was very understanding of our stituation. They had to replace the slave cylinder, clutch and fly wheel and as of today all is working well and we are very pleased with the work done and all of our interactions at the facility.

Inside is so comfortable! Love my second row captains chairs. Very sporty looking while having 3 rows and good space. Sound is amazing on the SL 4wd with premium package.

This dealership is quite amazing. We have bought one of our vehicles from this dealership but we get all of our cars serviced at this dealership. Let me tell you hands down the service department is the most genuine, kindest human beings that actually care about you and the best for your vehicle. I've been buying cars for 52 years and wanted to share what a great experience I had in purchasing a 2016 Buick Verano at Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon, Indiana. My salesperson, Luidgi, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. When he opened the hood on the Verano so I could look at the engine, I couldn't believe it - super clean (sparkling) with a new battery, fresh oil change and new tires! I had done research on this vehicle before making the 2 hour trip to see it. The technicians and detailers really did a fantastic job on preparing this vehicle. When it was time to see the finance officer I was blown away with the desk in her office - it was like something out of Star Trek. The desktop was a screen and you used a special pen to sign the documents. Like Mr. Spock says "fascinating". As I made the 2 hour trip back home in the Verano, I felt that I had purchased a decent, reliable car and my experience at Andy Mohr's was pleasant, fun and interesting.

Had mine (Platinum trim) for about 6 months now. It’s great around town and on road trips. A lot bigger than my old Murano but mileage is much better, I average about 23.5 all around and 25.2 on road trips. No complaints there. I’ve had no problems or anything go wrong at all. The materials inside feel very nice and there’s room for everyone. Heads up display and cooled seats really are nice to have. Overall I can’t think of anything else they could do to make it a better vehicle. It is large so it takes a bit to get used to.

I got 80% of the repair covered by the Good Will program and I'm honestly so blown away by how willing they are to help out. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car or to get their car service we have been taking our cars into this dealership for almost 8 or 9 years and they truly never disappoint. My Son and Wife will take their cars in to get repaired there and they have nothing but great things to say about the work and how kind everyone is. We will be customers for life!

AJ helped us from start to finish. He explained all off the features of the car a directed us our northern Indianapolis around the construction so we didn't get lost. Even had suggestions for where to stay in the area.

Things were a little rough in the beginning, but they gave me a good deal on the vehicle and on my trade. Danny was an AWESOME salesperson!!!

Jacob was easy to work with, not high pressure and if you've met him in person you'll easily see he's very toned down. I would say that if you do plan on buying a vehicle, get there early or during their non-peak time then you can get in and out in an hour. Not as fast as I've seen others work, but faster than several. The manager was nice, didn't follow me outside to pressure me to buy a vehicle on my initial visit. Even though the car was 'as-is' they did make sure that it went out the door correct and didn't just say you're on your own if you experience anything during the test-drive. They did want to make it right.

Great dealership and great people. I cannot think of one time where I was disappointed. From the beginning to end...great service, and with a smile.
