I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thomas Nissan is one of the only dealerships that will try to help you out as much as possible, I have no credit and have only been at my job for two weeks, but they still helped me finance my car I highly recommend going to them if your looking for a nice reliable vehicle.

The service manager David Bertolotti is excellent and honest to deal with. Usually in my experience with car dealers I always felt that they would try to upsell something but not so with David. If I could give him 20 stars I definitely would. Kudos to Gerald Nissan for keeping an excellent employee like David.

I came into the service center on a Saturday right before closing with a squealing noise coming from my car. David Bertolotti was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind from the moment I arrived. Even though they were just about to close, he took the time to listen to my concerns, check me in, and personally drove the car to make sure it was safe for me to drive over the weekend. He clearly explained what he was doing and communicated everything in a calm, professional, and reassuring way. Since there wasn't enough time to get the car into the shop that evening, he scheduled me for the first appointment Monday morning and followed through just like he said he would. When I returned, the team diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it under warranty. The whole experience went above and beyond, and I left feeling confident and taken care of.
