On August 11th, 2018, I had the pleasure to purchase a used 2010 Honda CR-V at the Luther Nissan Kia dealership in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. I initiated contact by emailing to schedule a test drive. Igor Tenenbaum contacted me as soon as the dealership opened, asked precise questions, scheduled my test drive, and had the vehicle designated as reserved for me. His service met my expectations with no complaints. When I arrived at the dealership, I entered the sales door and was not immediately greeted as a salesman appeared to be looking out the window over the lot. After I spoke up, he immediately greeted me and found an available salesman to help me. Joe Ray was the salesman that found the car, joined me on the test drive, answered all of my questions, and helped me rationalize the purchase after an in-depth conversation. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. After I decided to purchase the car, he mentioned that he had forgotten to tell me about the pulse technology installed in all vehicles there. While it is a good safety device, I believe the addition should be built into the price or installed free. I was not pleased to see the addition of a $299 fee to the purchase price that I had agreed to. All fees that aren't additional options (e.g. warranties, accessories) and can't be changed should be discussed before I sign an agreement to purchase. Jamie Groth handled the finance portion of my purchase. She was patient, answered questions in detail, and presented me with many flexible options. Besides being frustrated with an aforementioned $299 fee after agreeing to purchase, my experience was pleasant and I would purchase another vehicle at Luther Nissan Kia.
